I had a truly wonderful experience with Medway Windows & Doors Ltd ("MWD") regarding the fitting of a new front door. From the initial visit by Kathryn Wayland, the owner of MWD, Kathryn was extremely polite, knowledgeable, informative and fully engaged with my thought processes on what type of door I wanted. Kathryn is more than ably supported by her excellent Office Assistant, Kelly Jones, who kept me promptly advised throughout the whole ordering, manufacturing, delivery and installation dates process. MWD are a company which puts Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction at the very heart of everything it does, so it came as no surprise to me after the door was installed, when I realised I had made a massive error in what type of door I wanted, MWD offered to replace the door at no extra cost to myself. This extra work was undertaken by MWD in a timely fashion, with the standard of work undertaken classified as excellent in my view; indeed, Kathryn herself took time out of her busy schedule to inspect the work personally. In conclusion, if you are at all interested in having replacement windows or doors fitted at a reasonable cost, using quality materials with an excellent standard of workmanship during the installation process and knowing that Customer Service and Satisfaction is paramount to MWD, please ensure you put MWD at the top of your list for consideration.

I had nine replacement windows supplied and installed by Medway Windows and Doors Ltd. The service that I received from initial enquiry to installation was excellent. There was no pressure to except their quote and no bargaining over the price. Just an honest survey and quote. The product is very good and installation was carried out to a high standard with little disruption to our lives. Everyone that I dealt with from those in the office to the installation team were friendly and helpful and I could not be more pleased with the windows and the service provided. I would recommend Medway Doors and Windows Ltd to any one considering replacement windows.

I had the initial quote done by a really lovely lady. It was all done in a very relaxing way, no pushyness on behalf of the company at all. Which is a refreshing change for a double glazing company. A really good quality product, beautifully installed by very experienced fitters. They came in and cleaned up after themselves everyday that they were on my property. The price I paid, I think was very reasonable, because of this I have used Medway windows and doors at two properties.

We engaged Medway Windows & Doors to provide replacement double glazed windows and doors for our property. From initial contact through to delivery I was very pleased with the service and response I received from MW&D. Initial contact was responded to quickly and the initial quote was provided within days. The quote was provided without any hard sell which was very appreciated. After acceptance of the quote the survey was carried out very soon after. Fitting was scheduled within the expected duration and was carried out professionally and with care for our property and to a high standard. We are extremely happy with the service received and the finished work and the windows and doors we chose. We would recommend to anyone. In addition the after sales service has been excellent. After getting in touch due to a door needing slight realignment due to post fit settling, someone came out to us same day and fixed the problem.

I had all my windows and doors replaced which included 17 windows and 4 doors. The service I received from Medway Windows and Doors Ltd, from start to finish, was outstanding. I was really impressed with Kathryn and her team. They were so friendly, helpful and efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. The fitters did an amazing job. They were polite and cheerful and their attention to detail was excellent. I am so pleased with the quality and the look of my new windows and doors which were supplied at very reasonable prices. I can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with this trader.

Two windows were replaced. The service and response to communication were excellent from start to finish, and all appointments were attended on time. On the first appointment, window measurements were taken and all the window features were explained to us, along with all the other necessary information about how things would proceed. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. We received the quotation promptly, the price was favourable compared to other quotes and we agreed to go ahead. On the second appointment a detailed survey was carried out. The tradesman who came to do the work were on time, tidy, friendly and helpful, completing the work to a high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Medway Windows and Doors.

We had the windows and doors replaced for the whole house in two stages plus a new side door for the garage. From start to finish the service was excellent. Kathryn came to give us a quote and show designs- there was no hard sell, which we appreciated. On the administration process it was all dealt with in a very friendly and efficient matter. During the installation the fitters were clearly very good at their job and work was completed in the allocated time frame and to a high standard. We would highly recommend Medway Windows and Doors to anyone as they cannot be faulted. The quality of the windows and doors, the finish and value for money are excellent.
