We have had a problem boiler which decided to finally die on a Sunday night - i got a firm out on the Monday to look at it and was basically told that i was better off getting a new one - which was i believe the right answer. i told them i would be getting quotes and they gave me a price on a Worcester. I found Mercer's on the internet as a Worcester specialist and gave them a phone - Steve was at my door in 30 minutes and i had a quote by the afternoon; which was competitive compared with the other lot and came with a longer guarantee and gave me a water filter for free. By the end of Thursday the boiler was installed and pumping out heat and hot water - the two guys who fitted it we lovely and left the place immaculate. One issue - which was no one's real fault but due to a lack of communication - was when i came to refit the housing - it would fit round the boiler - Steve came out the next day and with a bit of joinery we found a solution!! Thanks Steve and Co - this was a job well done and you have a very happy customer who is in love with his shower - what a difference in terms of water pressure and temperature!! - What started off as a disaster is now a triumph!!

The guys at Mercer removed an old broken boiler of mine and fitted a new Worcester boiler. They only took one day as they said they would. The cost was as stated in the quote. They answered all our questions in easy to understand language. In fact they did over and above the job we asked them to do. They were a terrific team. I will be using their services again when I need any plumbing done. I fully recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work needing done.

Could not rate Stephen, James and Barry from Mercer plumbing highly enough. I had an old boiler and they did everything they could to get it working however eventually I had to replace it and the job was absolutely seemless. They worked non stop, highly professionally and were also just lovely people! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

The job required was to fit and test a Worcester Gas Boiler.Plus remove old boiler and piping.Every task completed was done in a professional and cheerful manner.At the end of the job a full explanation as to the operation was fully discussed. We arranged for Mercer Plumbing to install a Worcester Bosch boiler for us at the end of June this year. They visited our premises to provide a quote and we found them to be very professional and personable. On the day they arrived promptly and the two engineers completed the job well within the one day quoted. They made a first class job of installation and tidying up plus carried out extra work in boxing in our new flue and pipes. They tested our radiators before leaving and provided us with the Bosch ten year guarantee as Mercer Plumbing are a Worcester accredited installer. A friendly local business well worth supporting. Stephen and his team installed a new Worcester boiler and Wave controller for me a couple of weeks back. I don't normally give reviews, but they were great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mercer plumbing installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us on 30 May 2018. The quote was speedily provided and was very competitive and the boiler came with a ten year guarantee. Installation was done in a day. Two very personable installers who explained the new boiler, tested all the radiators and left the house tidy. I have no hesitation to recommend this company. Stephen organised this all very quickly for us just before he went into hospital. Great to have a reliable, trustworthy local company. Many thanks.

New boiler and radiators fitted to replace old boiler 7 radiators.Fixed problem they found with plumbing and also fixedk knocking noise which I had with old system.No mess everything done in one day men were please to and friendly, would recommend them without hesitation.

We have now had Mercer Plumbing at our property twice , first time was last year to fit a new heating system in the older part of our house, and this week to repair the heating system installed years ago by others in our extension. The new system, fuelled by a Worcester Boiler is hugely efficient and the work was carried out in a professional and courteous manner. The team left everything clean and tidy behind them. This week, Mr Mercer agreed to try and repair an old system which was never effective, and by replacing the original piping, has now got the entire house warm and comfortable. Again, the work was carried out with the minimum of fuss, and the house was left spotless. Mercer Plumbing are highly professional and their work is exemplary. We would highly recommend them .

I have used Mercer Plumbing Services Ltd over the past few years for the installation of my new boiler and other plumbing jobs. I recently contacted Stephen Mercer regarding a problem we were having with our outside drain. As always, Stephen was very pleasant to deal with and he immediately put us at ease, he arranged a visit the next day. Barry and James arrived on time and were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They were professional in their approach and respectful of my property wearing protective footwear at all times. After a thorough investigation, they identified the probable problem, but to be sure they would need access to the downstairs flat so I contacted our neighbour for access and the guys made arrangements to return the next day. Stephen and the guys turned up as arranged and having fully assessed the problem, carried out the repair. Their work is meticulous, cleaning as they go and very reasonably priced. Stephen and his team installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for me in the first week of December. The price was almost 1/3 less than British Gas and the warranty offered was 10 years as opposed to five. The work was completed within a day and all warranty documentation was provided the same day. The team cleaned up afterwards and removed all of the old boiler components. Stephen has been very pleasant to deal with and has responded promptly and comprehensively to all queries relating to the boiler and ongoing service. I asked about additional radiators and he advised that I should wait for the new boiler and then see if additional radiators were still required - a level of honesty and not a hard sell which is refreshing. Very impressed and no hesitations in recommending Mercer for a boiler installation.

Rapid response and resolution of boiler problem.

Stephen serviced my boiler yesterday as arranged. He returned to unblock my sink today ( seperate issue) within a short time of my call. Would highly recommend.
