From start to finish Meridian were fantastic. From the initial quote to the completion they were very professional. No pushy sales tactics, and the fitters were a pleasure to have in my house. the new front door and windows look great, since they were done Meridian have came back and done my soffits, fascias and guttering. The have also cladded the outside of my bungalow with pre-coloured cedral board. The transformation is outstanding. I highly recommend!

Meridian installed several slimline framed aluminium double glazed leaded light windows in our home on ground and first floor levels to replace and to match the existing 1930s leaded light windows. The work included a large five faceted bay window. Meridian were prompt in their response, took care with their survey of the existing openings and lead light glazing style and explained that the installation would be several months from placing the contract. The fixed price contract was detailed in what was being provided. The final cost was as the original quotation. The surveyors and installers were very pleasant and easy to work with. Meridian's communication with us was good and we always felt that we could ask questions and discuss the work. They explained what they were going to do and that the installation would take about a week - which it did - and they updated us as the work progressed. They were very respectful to our home, protecting carpets and furniture, and they disposed of the old frames and glass and cleaned and tidied the work areas as they went along. We consider the work to be of a high quality and we are very pleased with the result. Thank you Meridian.

Meridian fitted a new composite front door. French doors and a side door. A new bay window and 5 other windows. We also had the front of our property clad with Cedral fibre cement boards. From our initial visit, we felt confident that we had chosen the right company. There was no pushy sales pitch, just well-informed information and advice. The work was carried out professionally by very able fitters who actually care about the installation. The fitters also work for Meridian, which does make a big difference. The windows and doors are well-made with high-end security locks The cladding transformed the front of our property. Meridian is a certified Cedral fitter, which is another reason we chose them. We are very pleased with the whole Meridian experience. We were kept informed throughout the whole process.

I could not recommend Meridian more highly from the sales rep visiting us and setting out very clearly everything we wanted in fine detail to the works teams that carried out their tasks without fuss. The work went over the Christmas period but that did not cause any problems we was consulted all the way from start to finish. I recently had patio doors fitted and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. Graham organised and arranged the fitting and was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Mark and Sean then fitted the doors and were polite, efficient and communicated every detail that was needed throughout the job and completed it to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this company to others and will be requesting that they do further work in the future.

Great customer service provided from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the first visit receiving the quote and answering queries on the phone, to the surveyor and the work done by the fitters. I had two internal doors fitted and it’s made a real difference. The quality of work was excellent and the fitters did such a neat and good job. I would highly recommend Meridian.

Having a conservatory linking off of our lounge meant our house was seriously cold in the winter. Getting the roof changed on the conservatory has made such an amazing difference to the warmth of our home. The difference has probably been greater than that from getting all our double glazing changed! Meridian also did a good job. They kept the place tidy and were trustworthy when left unattended.

Meridian were recommended to us and we couldn’t be happier. Andrew was great helping us to consider what options were available, considering budget etc. The work was excellent, high quality, left clean and tidy every day. Paul and Tony were great, keeping up informed each day of the progress. Plasterer Gary did an amazing job as did Wyl the electrician. We couldn’t be more happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Meridian and would certainly use them again.

I am very pleased with my new door, it looks nice and the standard of the fitting is very good The team that carried out the work arrived promptly and the work was completed quickly. Meridian installed new windows and doors and fitted a new Guardian Warm Roof on our old conservatory... We were very happy with their approach to the work, showing up on time every day, very polite and helpful. Very professional all round. It has transformed our old conservatory into a much better place and we are very happy with the end result.

Old and misted up double glazed units recently replaced by Meridian who had originally installed the units in my house more than 20 years ago (before I was the owner). Other replacement unit companies were not interested in the work, due to the units being on the third floor of a town house.

Meridian replaced the polycarbonate roof of our conservatory with a Heatguard warm roof. We were impressed by the work and professionalism of all members of the firm who were involved with the project. In recent hot weather we have already noticed a significant benefit from our solid, insulated roof, which should now provide us with a comfortable and attractive environment for all year round use. Our entire experience was of a firm which really cares for its customers, and which will readily go the extra mile to ensure that they are happy with the work which is done.

We have used Meridian for 2 major projects this year. The first was for a new warm roof conservatory in the summer and last month we used them again to fit new windows and a front door. We have been delighted with all their work and customer service from the point of booking right through to the completion of the work and aftercare. We found the fitters for both jobs very friendly and professional. We highly recommended them to anyone looking for new doors, windows and conservatories.

The survey was carried out with the option to have the decorative arches for the canopy.The installation date was confirmed but no one actually showed up. The installers proceeded to fit the canopy (was not happy for the fixtures to lay on a weathered piece of wood). Don't know if the surveyor would suggest this permanent structure be fitted onto a very tired piece of wood or the fitters not caring about the longevity of their work! The price changed as a result. Contacted the office to let them know the canopy was leaking, as well as requesting that the rest of the arches be installed as there was 4 already installed but looks odd as there should be 8 in total. Spoke with several members of staff regarding the arches, was not told that they were out of stock until the installers came to complete the job. Emailed the office asking requesting a follow up on this job but its almost 3 week with no response.

As with all work that I have had done by this firm I am very pleased with their workmanship. They arrived promptly and worked quietly without mess or disruption. When completed, swept up what little mess they had made, explained the new locking system,checked that I was satisfied and departed . The job took little more than 2 hours

Had an agreement for them to: Replace wooden door with PVC; Replace wooden wooden panel above that door with window; Replace roof wooden part; Replace felted roof with epdm; Work was supposed to happen on the 20th after them cancelling many times, the agreement has measurements taken which are clear and signed. I have given a deposit. The day before they speaking in not knowing the height, but you wrote it down dear. So now just want deposit back.
