We had a new diverter valve fitted to our Vaillant boiler and were given a reasonable price in advance so there were no surprises. Ash was courteous and efficient as usual and did an excellent job in fitting it with the minimum of disruption. Very friendly and honest which counts for a great deal, we are very pleased with the work.

Michael took our call for a new boiler promptly and the following day he came out and provided us with excellent advice recommending Worcester and Baxi boilers of various powers. He was happy to advise. We also had a problem with an underfloor heating system that Michael advised needed addressing before fitting the boiler. Michael provided estimates of all work and an agreed start date. The underfloor heating issue was addressed followed by the boiler installation the following day. Both fitters did an excellent, job in a prompt, tidy and efficient manner, no surprises on the invoice either.

My old boiler was in need of urgent service. Service was arranged promptly and they arrived at the time arranged. Courteous and helpful technician. We contacted Met Gas on a Wednesday morning when our pilot light had gone out the previous evening and we couldn’t relight it. We advised that the situation wasn’t urgent as we had hot water and the weather wasn’t too cold. Despite this, Mike called back to arrange for Ash visit that afternoon, assuring us that Ash would probably enjoy working on such an old boiler for a change. Ash rang to advise us when he was 20 minutes away, and cheerfully replaced a thermocouple and gave the boiler a good clean out and check up. It’s a very old boiler that hasn’t been serviced for a few years, but we’ll definitely use Met Gas next year for a service. I read lots of reviews for local gas companies before calling Met Gas. They certainly lived up to their 5 star reviews. We didn’t get any hard sell for a new boiler, but we’ll certainly be contacting them when that becomes a necessity.

this company are really professional in their response, attitude to work and communication their workmen are polite and helpful with any queries I chose them to install my new boiler 3 years ago and was most impressed with their approach. Our boiler came up with a fault and so I contacted MET Gas and the plumber was at the house the same day in a matter of hours. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly friendly and professional. I couldn’t believe how efficient they were and for a brilliant price too. I would definitely recommend.
