My extractor fan in the bathroom stopped working and as I had used Metro Eco previously for electrical work , I got in touch with them. The work was done promptly and a new fan installed. I am completely satisfied with this work and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if I needed any further work doing. A satisfied customer.

We've been Metro Group Services customers for the last 40 years, what with one thing and another. The house is old (1910), and jobs come up from time to time. Metro is our go-to firm. Installed a new gas main following initial visit to diagnose the problem and solution. Very quick installation to a high standard. Cleaned up after themselves and worked late to complete the same day. Would use again and highly recommended. Thank you, top job.

I have use Metro Eco previously for boiler servicing. On this occasion I had a leak from under a kitchen sink tap. Although not urgent they attended within an hour and competently repaired it. The charge was within the price quoted for call out and 1 hour's work.

Metro Eco provided a very accessible, friendly and highly competent service from initial contact, including ongoing advice and answering of queries and coordination with other companies (Huddersfield Plate Glass) and flexibility of arrangement. I chose the company because of their environmental credentials (recommended by Green Building Store) and they responded to questions on an environmental score as well as a cost and practicality front. The actual work was done extremely well, efficiently and in a manner sensitive to owner and neighbours including clearing up. The members of staff who did the assessment and carried out the work were very good at explaining each stage of the process in a helpful and understandable way. Thank you!

Emailed in advance to remind me service needed to be done for warranty purposes. Provided a price list for services on offer. Time allocated which suited me. Arrived on time and completed service plus a small repair that needed doing at no extra cost. Cleaned up before leaving. They are a repairer on the Age UK approved list.

I called Metro Eco as they were local, well rated and on the Which Trusted trader list. I wasn't disappointed. I'd arranged a survey to see about getting a new combi boiler for the Monday. The night before, our old boiler gave up the ghost and we had nothing. No heat or water, nothing. Their representative, Tom, arrived on time only to be told we now needed a new boiler and explained why. He went through the options, sorted out what model was best and said to give him a couple of hours to see what he could do. 2 hours later, he rang back and said they could come tomorrow at around 8-30am.That alone was worthy of mention, but life always throws a spanner in the works. The following morning they rang at 8-15 to say a member of staff had rung in sick and they were having to rearrange their workload and it would now be between 10-30 and 12. These things happen and I was concerned it would make it unlikely that the new boiler could still be fitted in one day. They arrived at 10-25 and didn't leave until 18-45 making sure everything was done and all completed. Really. How can you fault that? The 2 guys were at it constantly, without a moan or grumble despite their late finish,which wasn't their fault after all. Everything about the job was dealt with politely, articulately and above all with a sense of wanting to help. I won't go anywhere else now. You find someone you feel you can trust, you keep hold of them. I heartily and unhesitatingly recommend them.
