We had replacement bay windows fitted, a new patio door which needed brickwork and old double glazed windows removing. Staff arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous from time of quote to completion of work. They kept us updated with how things were going and the work was to a high standard and they left the area clean and tidy, removing any debris etc. We would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

This company have been great from the start. I had communicate and make arrangements via phone and email as I live two hours drive away. What a great job they did- everyone I spoke with went above and beyond to get the best windows and doors fitted for my Mum. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. When I did get to see the windows and doors I couldn’t have been more impressed.

I don’t leave reviews, which in effect by leaving this should highlight how happy I am with the service I have received. Initially the measuring service for the windows (window and bifold door) was very professional and simple. Installation was quick, the installers polite and efficient. The finished result, superb! Doors and windows open and close like butter! Over winter one window dropped and didn’t work without a shove. Quick call and fixed under warranty with the level of professionalism equal to the above. Very, very happy.

We were unsure who to use to replace our 30 year old windows (10), back door and french windows. We considered a few suppliers (large and small) but we selected MG Window systems based on their positive references from a couple of good neighbours. Mark was knowledgeable, happy to answer all our questions but was never pushy. The survey left us confident of our choices and requirements and that if there were any problems during or after the work being completed they would be addressed without hesitation. Communication was excellent before, during and after the work was completed. The fitters were very experienced and worked efficiently around us. A small scratch discovered after installation on the outside of the back door glass was replaced very promptly. We're extremely happy with our windows, new door and french windows and highly recommend MG Window Systems. Excellent service.

We spent a lot of time considering who to use to replace our 8 windows and front door before obtaining quotes. We selected MG Window systems based on their helpfulness, professionalism and positive references from a variety of sources. They seemed to take a great deal of pride in their work and were keen to ensure their customers were happy with their work. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us decide on the various options, door colours and styles. Mark was knowledgeable, happy to answer all our questions but was never pushy. We felt confident that if there were any problems during or after the work being completed they would be addressed without hesitation. All our contacts with Emma in the office were courteous and helpful. Communication was excellent before, during and after the work was completed. The fitters were great, worked efficiently around us and a nervous cat and always tidied up as they went along. Even the neighbours commented on how efficiently they had completed the work. We're extremely pleased with our windows and new door and fully recommend MG Window Systems.

Five windows replaced. Windows are of excellent quality and match our remaining windows closely. Very tidy, professional and friendly pair of installers. One small snag solved promptly and without us pointing it out. Would strongly recommend.

I chose MG because they were immediately easy to deal with. Refreshingly honest and absolutely no sales pitch. They replaced all doors and windows (8 windows, 1 front door, 1 set of patio doors) for a really reasonable cost. Came on time and were efficient and polite which went from the staff in the office to the fitters arriving on the day. Mark and Emma were very helpful when we had some hoop jumping to do with our local council and everything has gone smoothly. 1 window was accidentally broken on day one but replacement ordered and fitted by day 3. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and all contact with them has been professional and helpful and I feel they really care about customer satisfaction. Having had a bad experience with one tradesperson before I was quiet nervous about having so much work done at once but really needn't have been. Excellent company!

Two bedroom windows were fitted. I am very pleased with the work. The service provided by MG windows was faultless. Good communication and the fitters were very polite and helpful.

I was recommended M&G windows by our bathroom fitter. I spoke to Mark to see if he could replace the bathroom window before it was due to be refurbished. Mark was really helpful and went over and above to ensure the bathroom window was replaced in time. Noel who fitted it worked tidily and did not leave any mess. We're really impressed with their service and we are pleased with the quality of the window. We're looking forward for the rest of our windows and front door to be replaced by them in the next few months.

Very happy with the level of work that was carried out during the installation of our conservatory. From the initial foundations, building work and final construction, my wife and myself are delighted with our new room!

From the moment I enquired about a new front door, Mark was very helpful, explaining options and combinations. Noel came out to discuss and again was helpful and knowledgeable. On the day, Mark's team arrived promptly to fit my new front door. They were polite and courteous, throughout, cleaned everything up after themselves and explained how to lock and unlock the door (seems straightforward, but it's an unusual locking system). Never written a review and so after 21 years of using M&G it's probably about time...…. Have used these guys for all of my projects from rental refurbs to my own house and they have always performed well. If I had any queries, they were sorted out quickly. The latest project had to be done in two hits so communication was important. It all went well.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. The only window that needed replacing was in our larder. Very satisfied with the new window that has been installed. It has a vent which you can leave open or close to suit. No more condensation, water running down wall or black mould.

Had a sliding patio door replaced. First appointment for a quote went well gentleman on time and explained time scale for fitting, quote sent quickly via email. Pleasant workmen very efficient. Cleaned up after work completed. Very satisfied with the whole process would definitely recommend.

I don't Normally write or even read reviews for that matter but felt it was unfair not to recommend MG Windows after the work they carried out at My house. We had 6 Windows and a new Front door installed and I'm delighted with the quality of the products and the service we received. The whole process has been professional and stress free. The sales process is so straight forward and a non pressure process, survey and installation fitting team were professional, respectful and very Tidy. we had a very difficult Bay window which was previously being supported by some awful looking brackets and i didn't want that for the new Windows so Mark promised his fitting team would come up with a different fitting solution and between Dave & Arty they didn't disappoint, They spent the whole day working on the Bay window and it looks amazing so happy with the end result.

Had a new door fitted by MG Window System to replace old 30 year old one. The new door is the same design as the old one but 100% better, he put seal round door frame is 100% better than what had previously been done. Mark has replaced window glass that have mist up over the years, if I could I would share a picture of new door then the old one. A one SERVICE every time.

Excellent work. Never worked with better contractors. Do wish I could use them for all household jobs. This is the third time I have used them and I have never had a single problem.

Installation completed when I was out the country - key collection and communication excellent. Quality of material and price competitive. Installation to a high standard with a minimum of mess that was completely cleared at the end of the job - would definitely recommend.

From the first visit to provide a quotation, to the final installation of 12 windows and five doors, MG provided a good service and the product is good quality, all for a good price. M and G have worked on several houses for me. Hassel free and quality work with quality materials. On this particular job work started on Wednesday morning and was completed by Friday lunchtime. All the old frames and glass were removed and rooms left tidy. Work was of a high standard and done with professionalism.

All appointments from initial visit to installation were all as planned with no delays. Clear outline of likely timings for all stages and those were all met. Windows and French Door all installed well and look very smart. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Will use again. Can't ask for more!

We had a very cold and noisy house as living close to the motorway. The windows were old and we could feel the cold coming in. After recommendations, we picked MG who exceeded our expectations. Work was carried out very professionally and with minimum disruption. Fitters were polite and very careful with how the job was completed. Paying attention to walls and fittings to Make sure minimal damage whilst taking old windows out. The finish to the outside was amazing and a lot of time taken to make the completed look perfect. Since fitting, we have benefitted from noise reduction and a warmer house as no drafty doors anymore. I’m really pleased with the work and would recommend to anyone wanting a reasonably priced, excellent quality job from professional tradesmen.

Very pleased with our porch door and windows. Also our 3-pane patio doors which were very heavy and installed on a freezing cold day. Fitters were good humoured and conscientious.

The fitters took a great deal of trouble to replace a shabby and ill-fitting window to a very high standard, that transformed the room it was in. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and use this company again (and thank you for leaving things so tidy and for being so good-humoured 🙂)

From beginning to end, the process was First Class! We had Patio Doors, One medium Window and one Large Bespoke sized Window. Mark listened to what we required and advised us on the best way to achieve it. Communication was excellent, as was the time scale of the work. From the initial site visit by Mark through to Noel the Fitter, nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to use MG again or, indeed, recommend them to others.

Had a new front door fitted, fitters turned up on time and were very efficient. They came across a couple of problems, which were dealt with very professionaly. Once the job was finished the work area was left spotless. We were very impressed with their workmanship and would highly recommend the fitters Arte and Dave. This is our 4th time using MG Windows, and yet again, they didn't disappoint. Flexible but safe approach taken during Covid-19 restrictions, with both the survey and the installation. The job had some very difficult problems, but the A-Team at M&G sorted them, were considerate, very efficient, despite the odd glitch, and the job was finished and it looks terrific. No rubbish left and the M&G attention to detail is second to none. Would I recommend them? Anyone wanting double glazing of any kind would be a fool not to use them.

We have used MG several times over the past 20 years so this speaks volumes. This time we had 9 windows and a back door replaced, all of which were long overdue. The two guys were here three days - always on time and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss and upheaval to us. A very professional job..well done and thank you.

I looked at 13 companies before selecting MG windows. I did so because they were a Which Trusted Trader and because the owner (Mark Russel) stood out as being a decent, professional and conscientious guy. I'm pleased to say they delivered everything expected and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for windows at a sensible price. After completing an extension I will need additional windows and doors and MG windows will be my first port of call.

We have used MG previously and had a very good experience, so were naturally keen to use them again to replace 10 windows. We were not disappointed. Mark was helpful and able to come up with some useful ideas regarding redesigning some of the window opener layouts. He produced a quote within a few days that was well within the cost we had in mind. The two installers, Jason and Lewis were polite, tidy and conscientious, a credit to the business!
