We asked Mike to fit replace our aging gas fire in our living room. He was unfailingly punctual, friendly, professional and thorough. Mike visited twice to measure up, assess our best options with us and identified models to choose from that would meet our needs. He was in regular e mail contact. He ordered and fitted the fire within three weeks and we are delighted with the fire and the service we received from Mike. During the fitting he identified a potential safety issue and resolved it. He was very respectful of our home and left everything in place , clean and tidy. Within 24 hours of fitting we received our Gas Safe registration and invoice from him. We would not hesitate to recommend MHGS.

Some time after MH serviced our boiler I noticed water leaking from the boiler, the boiler hadn't been used much since the service, I contacted MH and was told that I should contact Vaillant, this resulted in a costly visit only to find the condensate pipe unattached.

I am sorry you felt you had to leave this review. The service was carried out to manufacturers instructions and we fitted a new filling loop at that time and left the job quite happy with everything we had done. 7 weeks later you contacted us to say you had noticed water and were getting a fault code on the boiler. Unfortunately we were very busy, With the length of time between the service and the fault it was obviously not related. With the age of the boiler we thought the best advise was to get Vaillant out to assess and repair at a fixed price. The fact the condensate was disconnected is unfortunate, but is not something we actually touch during the service and would have shown up much earlier if we had unintentionally disconnected. The attitude of the vaillant engineer that attended has been reported to the local representative and we have received an apology. We pride our selves on customer service and rely on customer satisfaction. If we cannot attend, we try to direct our customers to the best option for them to get their boiler working. Unfortunately you have had a bad experience, but I assure you this fault has no relation to the original service. I would like to offer you your next service free of charge to go some way toward compensating for the vaillant charge, as we recommended them. Kind regards Mike

Mike & Gary fitted a new boiler and did a power wash all in one day. Left everything tidy and did a great job. Now have radiators that actually work ! Would highly recommend them.

From the day Mike came to view the job, followed a few days later by the estimate in the post, agreeing the date of fitting to the day the boiler was fitted everything went according to plan. On installation day the 2 lads arrived on time, worked non stop and even arranged for the old boiler and packaging off the new one to be removed. Excellent job and I highly recommend them.

From the starting point of the quotation to the final clearing up after the job the service from MHGS has been superb. They are hard-working professionals and I cannot rate the company highly enough.
