Michael Francis - Complete Conservatory Care

Jamie and Chris made my old conservatory look shiny again! They arrived on time, and worked really hard- I thought the price was excellent for the work done, and they were just very helpful. I would recommend them to others, and would have them back anytime.

Jamie and Chris arrived bang on time and straight away got on with the job, with an obvious sense of pride in how they did their work. This is my second time using MF and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to give their conservatory a new lease of life. Great job.

My initial enquiry was answered quickly, and the subsequent quote for a full conservatory clean very reasonable. On the appointed day, Jamie and his crew turned up on time and set to with gusto. I do not believe they stopped for a break during the six hours they were with us, although cups of coffee/tea and jugs of squash were gratefully received. It is amazing the difference that it makes just having the right equipment and ladders can make to reaching those otherwise unreachable spots. Very pleased with the result and believe that the price quoted, considering they had an hour's drive down the motorway to reach us, was very reasonable. Jamie also cleaned our conservatory 5 years ago and did such a good job then, that we were confident in employing him again. We would thoroughly recommend this company. Another time, we would disconnect the water butts attached to the conservatory as the washing water and detergent from the conservatory roof drained into them. We are now waiting for more rain to refill them before using to water plants.

Jamie and his team did a brilliant job cleaning my large, old conservatory. Having only just recently moved into the property I think it’s been a long time since it’s last clean (if at all) Now it almost looks new. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

We have a large conservatory with limited access (due to height from the ground) to roof on one side. The team of 3 arrived at 8am & departed around 4pm. INSIDE: cleaning All windows, fan lights, the roof + all surroundsblinds glass and all surrounds + 20 roof blinds (straight and angled). all were dropped, cleaned & replaced. +12 window blinds, 6 fan light window blinds & 4 full length door blinds + all areas around every pane of glass in great detail OUTSIDE: cleaning The entire glass roof panels (that were very dirty with leaves and some moss) + glass roof panel surrounds + outside of all windows + window surrrounds and sills. The team worked methodically and well together. The standard was exceptional - very clena and tidy and a conservatory looking as if it was brand new by the end of the total valet clean. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Conservatory frame exterior clean. Everything I hoped for - easy to arrange, Chris arrived on time, was polite, efficient, tidy, and did a great job, reaching right into the hardest to reach corner up against my neighbour's fence. Heartily recommmend.

Amazing job. Jamie and his team travelled 44 miles to my house in Sussex and arrived on time. They were extremely professional in the way they carried out the work and took great pride in the end result. No poles were used as it was hand cleaned. The conservatory is now gleaming and looks like new. I am extremely pleased.

From initial contact and quote the service received was exemplary and the finished result way exceeded our expectations . Arrived promptly worked straightaway from early morning until lunchtime. Did a deep clean of the conservatory leaving it sparkling, even traced the source of a leak after heavy rainfall. Also moved heavy furniture and returned everything upon completion. Highly recommended.

Prompt reply and quote to an enquiry. Agreed date, arrived on time and the external clean of the conservatory was excellent. We have a awkward roof line, but that was not an issue. Jamie and Chris did an excellent job,the conservatory is like new. Going to use them again next year.

Missed last year due to the lockdown but as ever the boys made an excellent job of cleaning my large and very dirty conservatory. It is now spotless and sparkling better than new. A terrific job as ever, punctual and would recommend them to anyone. I love being in the conservatory at all times.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Had I realised the method and care they took over cleaning our conservatory I would have had the job done sooner. So many people I contacted thought a high powered pressure hose was fine. I knew we had leaks and didn't want further damage. Jamie and his colleague hand cleaned my conservatory inside and out, cleaned the blinds, did repairs as well in spite of an hours delay cleaning a wide and deep gutter in preparation. Despite this turning out to be a bigger job than expected they did not ask to increase the quote. Having discovered some damaged finial Jamie found a match and fitted it last week. They worked non stop and were true professionals. I would not hesitate in using them again. They took a pride in their work and were genuine pleasant guys to have in our home.

I’d used this company before and having just had a new roof put on our conservatory, the rest of the conservatory UPVC, window tracks, blinds and windows were looking dirty and dull in comparison. Bradley and Chris came and have done a brilliant job once again, restoring everything to look as if the conservatory has just been installed. Couldn’t be happier and will now look to get all the outside of the house valeted.

From the initial point of contact to the completion of the job these guys are true professionals. I was really nervous about having the Conservatory cleaned - we hear so much about leaks. Jamie was so reassuring. He explained how the work would be carried out & to quote said ' We have done 1000s don't worry ' They arrived on time and what lovely guys. The Conservatory is 20 years old and has never been cleaned professionally. When these guys finished it looked as if it had just been erected - spotless, shining white with windows and roof that just gleamed both inside and out. Honestly, l would recommend them to you without the slightest hesitation. I have asked them back in the autumn to valet the whole outside of the house including the weatherboarding and l have 100% trust that the house will look amazing when they leave. We have just had our Conservatory (14 year old) given a deep clean by Michael Francis. We have had this done every two year since the warranty expired. The first time by a nationally well known company but the last twice by Michael Francis. His work has been excellent and at least as good as the National company but at a significantly lower price. He and his colleague thoroughly clean both the inside and outside including the glass roof sections that are otherwise hard to reach. It has rained overnight and beaded water droplets are running off in a very pleasing way. The gutters have been thoroughly cleaned and the conservatory looks as good as new. Minor defects that could not be considered part of the cleaning process have been pointed out, so I can get these remedied in due course. There work was good clean and tidy and it was good to see that safety issues such as tying off ladders were carried out as routine. I have absolutely no complaints and have no hesitation in recommending this friendly efficient company.

We were new customers, they came twice, once to look at the job and then to do it. Both times they were very polite and professional. Our conservatory is one of those that doesn't lend itself to being cleaned, but they took the challenge and did a great job. It was pouring with rain the whole time, but they kept going nonetheless. They were very respectful of our house and garden which unfortunately I cannot say about other tradesman we had in the past. We will definitely use them again!

It's not the first time we have used the company to clean not only our conservatory but also the gutters, fascia and soffit boards, we can highly recommend them. Mr Hutton and his colleague arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Our conservatory roof and the blinds havent been cleaned for a couple of years and were extremely dirty. In the afternoon by the time they finished, everything looked as good as new and they left the place spotless. I highly recommend using this company and I will certainly use them again.

Jamie Hutton and his partner arrived promptly and went to work straight away, doing a very thorough and professional job, completely reinvigorating our conservatory - bringing it back to its original and pristine form. The price was very reasonable, considering the size of the job and the time it took to complete it. They were friendly but completely professional and thorough in every respect. My wife and I are delighted with the work that Jamie and his colleague did today. Our conservatory is sparkling clean again and some difficulties with the roof blinds have been remedied. Have not had a clean for about 4 years - but it was sparkling afterwards and they repaired something that had fallen off outside and cleaned all the blinds/shutters inside too - fly free! Would recommend and look forward to another clean in a couple of years - thanks both of you

The team arrived promptly as arranged. They were on time and arrived ready to work immediately. It had been some time since the last visit so I explained the issues we had. (A 'helpful' neighbour had attempted to seal a leak and had managed to coat a load of the glass with silicone and the whole thing looked an absolute mess) The chaps got to work without delay. It was the hottest day of the year so far but that didn't dampen their vigour or their mood. A few hours later they cleaned up and left on schedule. The results were outstanding! The silicone mess was mostly removed - it was hard labour intensive work and honestly I was amazed at how thoroughly they removed it. The conservatory had not received the attention it should have for the last couple of years but these guys have bought it right back and its no longer the embarrassment it had become.

Jamie has cleaned my conservatory on a number of occasions and I am always delighted with the work he does. I usually have it cleaned every year but this time with the current situation it was at least 18 months since the last clean so looking very dirty but no matter as usual the conservatory looked like new when he had finished. Every bit of the roof - inside and out - and the blinds were cleaned thoroughly and yet again I was really pleased with the results. Excellent value for money too. Totally recommend.

Both chaps turned up exactly on time, very cheerful and quick to get to work. They worked safely and cleanly around my small conservatory giving it a deep clean on the inside and outside. They repaired some small parts of damage including refitting drain pipes and repositioning ceiling panels. The whole conservatory is now spotless and I can see my ceiling fan is, in fact, white and not tobacco yellow!!! Very happy to recommend these guys for a very cost effective and efficient service.

This was the second time we'd had Jamie in to clean the inside and outside of our conservatory. As before they did an extremely thorough and professional job, but this time we also had our new roof and window blinds cleaned as well, all the dead insects and associated poo all gone! A complete external clean of our conservatory which has transformed its appearance. They arrived on time and were here for over 4 hours, non stop working away with great thoroughness and care. We had our Sage Green new '2012' Aluminium Conservatory last cleaned 4 yrs ago back in 2016. ~ We were so pleased that we had kept their details and wasn't sure if they would still be in business with COVID19 etc. Thankfully they answered & gave us with a very reasonable £'quote over the telephone. So we booked them and they have again done a superb job inside & out and even re-fixed our broken 'fishing line' across the top of the roof to stop our local pigeons sitting on our Conservatory and doing their business over some of the top glass panes! Re-COVID 19, Gavin had pre-explained to us that all we had do was leave our Side-gate open and the Conservatory Garden-doors unlocked & they will bring their own refreshments etc., so no contact at all was expected or required. When finish they will pop their Invoice through our letterbox and then pay them once we had the time to inspect and enjoy! We can't recommend them highly enough.

Great work cleaning our conservatory and our neighbours conservatory. Quite difficult access but they were cleaned brilliantly and have never looked so good in twenty years. The guys spent a lot of time cleaning every part and did a thoroughly good job. They were very tidy and pleasant to have here doing the job, and we and our neighbours recommend them very highly.
