This is a long overdue but much deserved commendation for the consistently excellent service I've received from Midland Boilercare over the past 3.5 years. I first approached Midland Boilercare in December 2021 to discuss a replacement for my old water heater. The proprietor, David Hickey, visited my property to assess my requirements and ensure that I purchased the most cost-effective and efficient system for my consumption needs. He could not have been more scrupulous, kind, patient and informative in answering my questions. The new boiler was fitted shortly afterwards and the two engineers completed the installation in a very timely, efficient manner, leaving my property clean and tidy. Again, I was impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to give patient and clear answers to my questions. The new boiler has worked brilliantly. It heats water quickly and is very well insulated so is really cost-effective. I've never considered using any other company for the annual service of my boiler. Today the service was carried out by Lead Engineer, Jack, and Apprentice Engineer, Silas. As ever, the service was conducted with an exemplary standard of efficiency, courtesy, helpfulness and care. I was also struck by how effectively Silas was being trained and mentored by Jack - further demonstrating that Midland Boilercare is a company that prides itself in fostering consistently high professional standards of engineering skill and customer care in all its employees.
