Midland Boilercare have serviced my boiler for many years. They have always delivered an excellent service. When my old boiler finally died last month, David was available straight away to send one of the team to see if it was repairable. When it wasn't, he was able to come and measure up for the new boiler very quickly. He gave excellent advice on what the best option would be and sent me the quote the next day. The team were able to come and fit the new boiler quickly and did a fantastic job. They were very clean and tidy and did the job to a great standard. I highly recommend them!

I have used the company some 2 years ago to repair my boiler, and when my unvented hot water cylinder began to leak, I had no hesitation in contacting them again to quote. Not the cheapest, but as previous I was impressed by their attention to detail. The work was started on the agreed date and took one day to complete. It would have been easier for them to just replace the tank but their professionalism and attention to detail showed as they made sure all the pipework, which previously was uninsulated, was insulated. Where there was some metres of unnecessary pipework creating wasted energy, it was removed. All waste and packaging, every last bit, was removed and the garage (where the cylinder was located) was swept. Finally all the work was double checked and tested before departure. In summary these guys were extremely professional, diligent, courteous, competitive and totally customer focussed. Hopefully will not need any major jobs again! but will definitely use them for annual maintenance

I asked for a quote to replace my boiler which had recently been repaired after breaking down. David from Midland Boilercare came to see the current boiler and after examining it advised that while they could replace it, it would not be worth the money at present due to the repair work that had been done (the repair work had been done by a different company). David informed me of the cost of a replacement but advised against it for the time being, effectively turning down a sale. He also informed me of which components commonly break on the unit and the type of breakdown that would necessitate a replacement. I was not charged for the visit or the advice, and I am incredibly grateful for the honesty. I highly recommend Midland Boilercare based on my experience.

David made everything really easy, from the booking process to him coming out and surveying our boiler and boilermate. We are so glad we have found someone we trust with our boiler and boilermate systems, David really knows his stuff and does not patronise or shy away from explaining any issues noted during the survey, he was not pushy on areas that did not require immediate attention either. When he came to replace our boiler he was prompt, polite and respectful of our property, working well into the early evening to get the job done though it did run through to the next morning but again, he was quick to finish off. When we had an issue with the boiler not firing after David had left, he was back round the same day (now a Saturday) to sort and (touch wood) no issues since. We will return to Midland Boiler Care for future work and servicing as we know that the service we will get is A class.

I have been a customer of Midland BoilerCare for over fifteen years with annual maintenance work being carried out by them. This year my boiler finally packed in after twenty years of use. The Midland Boilercare team customer experience is fantastic with clear communications of what is required, when it can be done and if anything needs to be considered before committing to starting the job. I have felt very satisfied over the years with the team as they provide a professional service end to end with very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Used Midland Boilercare to help with some problems with our previous thermal store and was always so impressed with the honesty, promotion and co-operation that made it clear they were not looking for easy opportunity to make money etc. so when we needed a replacement there was one obvious installer to turn to. Installation of new store was done on the day they said with no mess. Full instructions were given and left at the end so that we could review. A follow up visit at the end of the week made sure that the pressure and temperature were just to our liking. Would strongly recommend them for both servicing and for installation.

I had a new boiler installed in my mothers house, the service provide by David Hickey and his team excellent service. The old boiler was removed and the new boiler was installed and full inspection was carried out and the job very tidy and clean. I have used Midland Boilercare Ltd for all my boiler issues and service. I would recommend them very friendly team. 10 out of 10.
