From start to finish this has been a very easy and satisfactory process. My initial inquiry was quickly responded to, and the organizing of a suitable day and time to view and price the job went well. Mike turned up on time, and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the job, what it entailed etc. The next day I received my quote, a breakdown of the job, terms and conditions, everything you would expect from a reputable company. The day the work started the team arrived on time, very polite and friendly. They just got on with the job, which was to remove old leaking metal guttering and replace with new plastic guttering. When they finished they left the area neat and tidy. They made it very clear that if I had any issues at all however small, that I should get back in touch, this has not been necessary. I now have no leaks, very satisfied customer

Great local company, reliable and trustworthy. Scott quoted for some remedial work on my mum's house after she had been overcharged for a botched job by another company. Mike Carroll's team remedied the work as stated, at the price given upfront, and were professional and courteous to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Scott and the team from Mike Carroll Ltd were able to re-roof our cottage at short notice to fit in with a solar panel installation when we found out that the current roof wasn't quite up to it. They managed to re-slate one side to allow our panel installation to continue with minimal delay and then returned shortly afterwards to complete the rest of the roof. All done at a fair price, beīng the middle of 3 quotes. A friendly and professional team from quote to completion, great commnication and a pleasure to work with. Very happy and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had replacement fascia's, soffits and guttering to the house and garage as well as a rubber roof to the garage. The team of up to 5 people were friendly and very obliging, worked well as a team, and finished within the agreed time. There were one or two minor things I felt needed adjustment and they were rectified speedily to my complete satisfaction and the whole job came in under the original estimate. I chose them because they had all their own scaffolding for my difficult access and the resources for a big job and I'm very glad I did.

We had a small leak near our chimney and called 2 roofing firms. One said we needed a complete re-roofing of our Victorian slate roof - whereas Mike Carroll Ltd said our roof was pretty solid and merely needed repairs in patches. On the day, Scott and Tyler put up a small tower, investigated the roof, explained again what they needed to do, and did it all swiftly and expertly. They were cheerful, neat and tidy and put everything back - and even helped my neighbour who suddenly needed a ladder. As the job was smaller than their estimate, they adjusted their invoice. I would strongly recommend them!

We got 3 quotes for a flat roof, and Mike Carroll Roofing came in at the middle quote. Detailed quote received, including full information on what materials they would use. Sadly due to weather our job was delayed twice but I was kept informed at all times by Scott. On the day, Scott and 3 colleagues arrived at 8am and got the job done in one day which was most appreciated. They were all helpful and friendly, and probably the tidiest tradesmen ever! All rubbish cleared as soon as it appeared, everything was left clean and clear and they couldn't have been nicer. The job itself is excellent and Scott was able to explain what they had done and why, he clearly is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, excellent service from start to finish and for a reasonable price.

Our old conservatory roof needed replacing and had the extra complication of a drainage channel connected to an adjoining extension roof. Mike and his team made us feel confident and used their skills to create a comprehensive solution. The professionalism shown by the whole team throughout and the high quality of all the materials used was excellent. Mike exceeded our expectations. The project was started on time, we were kept informed throughout and the project was completed on time and without any worries or unexpected additional costs to us. We had new cement verges to the rear and front gables and bird-stop and EPS gutter to 2 side elevations done. Mike Carroll had given us a very fair quote and we had seen this company do a great job with the same work on our next-door neighbour's house last year. Scott, Josh and Tyler are a very skilled and efficient team who never seemed to rush the job but still made fast progress working without any shouting or needing loud music, no need to apologise to the neighbours. The team are very good and quick in adapting their own scaffolding and scaffold tower combination to accommodate our large pergola at the back and a full-width porch at the front of the house. This company for us has the equipment, the highly professional staff and, by using superior materials, our finished job is outstanding. Scott, Josh and Tyler were very accommodating, ever so good in cleaning and clearing up and, best of all, those three people are the most polite and pleasant people to have around that you could have wished for - Thank you all!

This is the second time I have used Mike Carroll to replace guttering and again would highly recommend them. His team arrived on time, very professional, helpful and polite. Facia, Soffits, and guttering replaced on a bungalow. Garage roof also replaced. They were tidy and cleared away all rubbish. It was good to see them working well as team. The wet weather had delayed the garage roof replacement, so when there was a dry afternoon 6 lads arrived to get the job done. Job well done
