Mike Carroll Roofing carried out our roof repairs and were superb from start to finish. From the initial enquiry and quote, right through to the work being carried out, they were superb. Scott and his installation team were uber professional and did exactly what they promised on time. They cleared up immaculately afterwards too. I can't speak highly enough of them, and would 100% recommend them without hesitation! Keep up the great work! :-)

Having used Mike Carroll to replace the soffit and gutters on my home, I had no problem suggesting to my mother that Mike Carroll would be the best company to install an insulating breather membrane and repair her roof and replace soffit and gutters, the crew were very courteous and kept everything clear and worked hard. Scott pointed out the rear bathroom roof could do with some work and mum's neighbour was so impressed she had her back room roof replaced.

Torrential rain, roof leaking, bedroom ceiling collapsed - stressed. Relax, got emergency cover, phoned Insurance Co. (Took 57 minutes to get through). They will send someone around in 4 days! He eventually arrived and it took him 4 minutes to condemn the whole roof - can’t help and went. Really stressed now. I found Mike's number from Which? Trusted Traders who sent a couple of guys that afternoon. They found a broken tile, had a selection of tiles for emergency use in the van, replaced the tile, job done in10 minutes and a dry roof. Brilliant, so relieved! Thank you so much, Scott, I've never seen a pack of rugby players put to a better use!

Scott and his team did a brilliant job replacing the old flat roof on our garage and kitchen extension. The job was completed to a very high standard on time and on budget. Scott kept us updated on progress and was friendly and professional. The site was left clean and tidy once they had finished the job.

Professional service from start to finish. From Mikes initial visit to provide detailed quote for various work - soffits, facials, guttering and re-roofing both garage, utility and walkway. The team were extremely professional and worked around both us and the weather and informed us of any adjustments needed due to the complicated nature of the job. James, Josh and Scott managed the teams on site and respected our property, ensuring areas were cleared up at the end of each day. We are extremely happy with the work completed, especially with the wet weather we have had recently, meaning everything is now water tight. We will be calling on them in the near future for further work we need completing and would highly recommend their services.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Scott problem solved several problems with accessing the property to complete work. Estimate was accurate and work completed on time and to a good standard. From start to finish this has been a very easy and satisfactory process. My initial inquiry was quickly responded to, and the organizing of a suitable day and time to view and price the job went well. Mike turned up on time, and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the job, what it entailed etc. The next day I received my quote, a breakdown of the job, terms and conditions, everything you would expect from a reputable company. The day the work started the team arrived on time, very polite and friendly. They just got on with the job, which was to remove old leaking metal guttering and replace with new plastic guttering. When they finished they left the area neat and tidy. They made it very clear that if I had any issues at all however small, that I should get back in touch, this has not been necessary. I now have no leaks, very satisfied customer

Great local company, reliable and trustworthy. Scott quoted for some remedial work on my mum's house after she had been overcharged for a botched job by another company. Mike Carroll's team remedied the work as stated, at the price given upfront, and were professional and courteous to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Scott and the team from Mike Carroll Ltd were able to re-roof our cottage at short notice to fit in with a solar panel installation when we found out that the current roof wasn't quite up to it. They managed to re-slate one side to allow our panel installation to continue with minimal delay and then returned shortly afterwards to complete the rest of the roof. All done at a fair price, beīng the middle of 3 quotes. A friendly and professional team from quote to completion, great commnication and a pleasure to work with.
