Mike Carroll Ltd is a family run business based in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire.
We have been providing roofing services, replacement fascia and soffits and guttering in Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Buckingham, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire for over thirty years and have developed a reputation for quality workmanship and personal service.

From initial estimate to agreeing the work-schedule Mike was very professional in his approach and had clarity in the estimate of the proposed work. Even though this was almost double price from my earlier estimated budget from a local builder I decided to go with this local company and I was not disappointed. I Mike and his team provided a great service. We had a small leakage in the roof with our building job done earlier which Mike sorted even before we started this guttering job as a gesture of good will. His team was professional and friendly and kept to the time schedule. They kept me well informed and cleared up when the work was finished. I would definitely recommend this local company.

Replaced facias, soffits & guttering on our garage, and fitted chimney cowl & checked condition. Excellent job, arrived on time even though it rained heavily. Due to weather conditions they returned promptly to complete the job. Work was of a high standard & they did a great job keeping things tidy - they had to access our neighbours property to complete the job and were very careful to leave their properties clean and tidy and undisturbed. Very honest company, they checked our chimney to see if any repairs were needed and informed us that the chimney was in good condition and needed no further work. Staff very friendly and happy to advise.

Called Mike Carroll for a quote because of a friends recommendation. Friend wasn’t wrong. Came out,gave the cheapest quote straight off,arranged a fitting date for my gutters,soffits and facias. Called me the day before to make sure all still ok for me. Fitters came out on the day as arranged,very friendly and courteous absolutely 1st class gentleman. After work was carried out,I received a phone call AND a visit to ensure I was 100% happy,only then did I receive the bill. Can’t recommend Mike Carroll enough. Don’t waste your time phoning around,it’s pointless.

Three years ago I used MCR to replace my facias and soffits and I also had a dovecote on my garage roof plasticated. Last week I needed a repair on the dovecote and contacted MCR. Within 3 days they had visited and completed the necessary repairs all at no cost. I think this is excellent aftercare and customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We used Mike’s team for our original flat roof request - the work was done on time, to a great standard. Scott is courteous and obviously cares about the quality of work done. The challenges with our roof continued - Mike and Scott made it their objective to find the source of the problem and provide a solution that was both cost effective and fixed the problem. Notably - the issue was elsewhere and not the flat roof! Wholeheartedly recommended.

After obtaining 3separate quotes Mr Carroll’s was who we decided to go with..we were given a fair quote..and we couldn’t be happier with the end results..his team were excellent..got on with job..kept me informed through out and finished on time..kept debris as best as they could to minimum concidering the weather was windy..cleared and took everything away..even cleared and cleaned all the debris that had fallen into the neighbors property..I can certainly recommend Mr Carroll to others

Mike Carroll, sent Scott and his team out to us on Thursday 28th February to replace guttering, fascia and soffits with downpipes all round our property. They arrived on time started work promptly and left our house and garden in a tidy condition at the end of each day. They did a professional job which has been severely tested by Storm Gareth. The gutter was still leaking, after two attempts to fix, where it connects to neighbour's gutter. They did fix the leak over front door. I had to vacuum mess in porch area, left by them. After several attempts to fix the leak between my new gutter and my neighbour's old cast iron gutter, they have replaced their gutter. This beyond anything that I and my wife expected. Changed our opinion completely.

I have been meaning to write all week to say thanks to you and your great team for a beautiful job on our roof. I'm not an expert but it looks great from the outside! And your staff were friendly, courteous and self-sufficient - I had absolutely no problem leaving them to it and they made themselves tea in a very tidy way! Thanks for all the excellent project management by Scott too - it all worked brilliantly and everyone did what they were supposed to do when they said they would, which is exactly what you need but scarily relatively rare with a lot of companies.

From start to finish this is a great company to deal with. They were prompt, friendly and helpful. They did a great job (no expert but looks great) and were considerate workmen throughout, tidying up as they went along. After they had finished I had one small concern which I chatted to Mike about and when I got home three hours later it had been sorted! The job of removing my shed's roof of asbestos sheets and replacing it with a Duo Play Fleece backed single ply rubber membrane was carried out efficiently and professionally by James and Jerome in one day - ahead of schedule. Nothing was too much bother and their cheery personalities made them a pleasure to have working in my garden. They kept the working environment clean and tidy at all times and made sure everything was exactly as I hoped for at the end of the day's work. Result: One super shed roof and a very happy customer. I contacted Mike Carroll in June to replace our fascia, soffitts and gutters and his quote for 130m of roofline work matched or bettered that of three other companies. I selected Mike on a combination of value and a particularly strong local reference. His team of directly employed staff turned up exactly as promised and demonstrated a hard working, flexible approach to the job with up to five men working to complete the job as planned. Mike's staff present a very positive face to the customer and must be a strong differentiator for his well established business.
