I have been meaning to write all week to say thanks to you and your great team for a beautiful job on our roof. I'm not an expert but it looks great from the outside! And your staff were friendly, courteous and self-sufficient - I had absolutely no problem leaving them to it and they made themselves tea in a very tidy way! Thanks for all the excellent project management by Scott too - it all worked brilliantly and everyone did what they were supposed to do when they said they would, which is exactly what you need but scarily relatively rare with a lot of companies.

The gutter was still leaking, after two attempts to fix, where it connects to neighbour's gutter. They did fix the leak over front door. I had to vacuum mess in porch area, left by them. After several attempts to fix the leak between my new gutter and my neighbour's old cast iron gutter, they have replaced their gutter. This beyond anything that I and my wife expected. Changed our opinion completely.

Mike Carroll, sent Scott and his team out to us on Thursday 28th February to replace guttering, fascia and soffits with downpipes all round our property. They arrived on time started work promptly and left our house and garden in a tidy condition at the end of each day. They did a professional job which has been severely tested by Storm Gareth. We used Mike’s team for our original flat roof request - the work was done on time, to a great standard. Scott is courteous and obviously cares about the quality of work done. The challenges with our roof continued - Mike and Scott made it their objective to find the source of the problem and provide a solution that was both cost effective and fixed the problem. Notably - the issue was elsewhere and not the flat roof! Wholeheartedly recommended.

Three years ago I used MCR to replace my facias and soffits and I also had a dovecote on my garage roof plasticated. Last week I needed a repair on the dovecote and contacted MCR. Within 3 days they had visited and completed the necessary repairs all at no cost. I think this is excellent aftercare and customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Called Mike Carroll for a quote because of a friends recommendation. Friend wasn’t wrong. Came out,gave the cheapest quote straight off,arranged a fitting date for my gutters,soffits and facias. Called me the day before to make sure all still ok for me. Fitters came out on the day as arranged,very friendly and courteous absolutely 1st class gentleman. After work was carried out,I received a phone call AND a visit to ensure I was 100% happy,only then did I receive the bill. Can’t recommend Mike Carroll enough. Don’t waste your time phoning around,it’s pointless.

Replaced facias, soffits & guttering on our garage, and fitted chimney cowl & checked condition. Excellent job, arrived on time even though it rained heavily. Due to weather conditions they returned promptly to complete the job. Work was of a high standard & they did a great job keeping things tidy - they had to access our neighbours property to complete the job and were very careful to leave their properties clean and tidy and undisturbed. Very honest company, they checked our chimney to see if any repairs were needed and informed us that the chimney was in good condition and needed no further work. Staff very friendly and happy to advise.

From initial estimate to agreeing the work-schedule Mike was very professional in his approach and had clarity in the estimate of the proposed work. Even though this was almost double price from my earlier estimated budget from a local builder I decided to go with this local company and I was not disappointed. I Mike and his team provided a great service. We had a small leakage in the roof with our building job done earlier which Mike sorted even before we started this guttering job as a gesture of good will. Very happy with the work carried out by Mike and his team. We had various bits and pieces that needed fixing on the roof of our house and we feel like the work was carried out to a high standard.

Completely wrong time of year to replace the guttering when the wisteria was is full bloom and the climbing rose was sprouting! However Mike did a great job being incredibly careful with the greenery and fixed the guttering and soffits as well. Many thanks - very happy to recommend.

Cheerful, polite team of young men replaced facia, soffits and guttering and did a great job despite the inclement weather. Very impressed with Scott who came to do the estimate, looked at the hanging-down soffit board caused by the recent high winds, and volunteered to bring out his ladder and carry out a temporary repair without any prompting from me.

Contacted Mike and he responded very quickly for quote for roof repair and replacement soffits/fascias.His quote was very good compared to another one so we agreed on a starting date.They had a cancellation so actually started a week earlier and 3 days all finished looks great and no mess.Highly recommend them
