Mike Carroll Ltd is a family run business based in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire.
We have been providing roofing services, replacement fascia and soffits and guttering in Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Buckingham, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire for over thirty years and have developed a reputation for quality workmanship and personal service.

We had a small leak near our chimney and called 2 roofing firms. One said we needed a complete re-roofing of our Victorian slate roof - whereas Mike Carroll Ltd said our roof was pretty solid and merely needed repairs in patches. On the day, Scott and Tyler put up a small tower, investigated the roof, explained again what they needed to do, and did it all swiftly and expertly. They were cheerful, neat and tidy and put everything back - and even helped my neighbour who suddenly needed a ladder. As the job was smaller than their estimate, they adjusted their invoice. I would strongly recommend them!

Scott and the team from Mike Carroll Ltd were able to re-roof our cottage at short notice to fit in with a solar panel installation when we found out that the current roof wasn't quite up to it. They managed to re-slate one side to allow our panel installation to continue with minimal delay and then returned shortly afterwards to complete the rest of the roof. All done at a fair price, beīng the middle of 3 quotes. A friendly and professional team from quote to completion, great commnication and a pleasure to work with. Very happy and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had replacement fascia's, soffits and guttering to the house and garage as well as a rubber roof to the garage. The team of up to 5 people were friendly and very obliging, worked well as a team, and finished within the agreed time. There were one or two minor things I felt needed adjustment and they were rectified speedily to my complete satisfaction and the whole job came in under the original estimate. I chose them because they had all their own scaffolding for my difficult access and the resources for a big job and I'm very glad I did.

Scott and his team did an amazing job with our new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. The Work - 1. The newly fitted Fascia, Soffits and Guttering look great and are working as expected. 2. We were also getting new windows so they liaised with another local company to sort out which work should be done in what order. Customer Service - 1. Scott responded very quickly whether it was by email, text or phone call. 2. After the work had been done and it had rained for the first time it looked like there was a leak. Scott gladly came out to have a look and found it was because our neighbours gutters were blocked with moss. He knocked on our neighbours door and got permission to clear their gutters to allow the rain water to flow away correctly. 3. When we were having trouble getting in contact with the other company doing work for us Scott said he would contact them for us and managed to get them to contact us within an hour. Conclusion - We would definitely recommend Mike Carrol to anyone who is looking to get new Fascia, Soffits and Guttering. Scott has provided the best customer service we have ever had.

Torrential rain, roof leaking, bedroom ceiling collapsed - stressed. Relax, got emergency cover, phoned Insurance Co. (Took 57 minutes to get through). They will send someone around in 4 days! He eventually arrived and it took him 4 minutes to condemn the whole roof - can’t help and went. Really stressed now. I found Mike's number from Which? Trusted Traders who sent a couple of guys that afternoon. They found a broken tile, had a selection of tiles for emergency use in the van, replaced the tile, job done in10 minutes and a dry roof. Brilliant, so relieved! Thank you so much, Scott, I've never seen a pack of rugby players put to a better use!

All interactions have been friendly and courteous, and Scott and the team who did the work were very polite and respectful, answered any questions I had, and conducted themselves extremely well at all times. I really got the sense that they take pride in doing a good job, and ensuring their customers are happy with the work that has been done. The work was completed in less time than originally estimated, with the final invoice reduced commensurately, and the team cleared away all waste and left no mess at all. The work is really high quality, and we're very happy with our new sofits and fascias which have transformed the appearance of the front of our house. What a transformation, the house was starting to look really tired. The new soffits, fascias and guttering look great. The team were very professional, talked us through what they were going to do first, turned up promptly when they said they would and really cleared up after themselves. When I discovered a problem with the rotten existing wooden bracket holding up the first floor bay window, the team created and fitted a new one as well while they were at it. Mike's company renewed the gutter, fascia and soffit at my daughter house. The team were quick, efficient, very helpful, left the site clean and tidy, and made the changes that I asked for without fuss. The team were very considerate and quiet. My daughter forgot that they were on site until they knocked to say goodbye. Their work and attitude impressed me, such that I asked them to re-roof my flat roof and porch with EPDM. I was shown the options and given best advice based on Mike's long experience Although this was a larger job, the experience was the same. The roof is a significantly larger than normal dormer area with a skylight so more challenging. The porch roof required tiles to be removed from the walls before the EPDM could be laid; these were removed and replaced with the minimum of fuss. The team arrived when they said, did the work without fuss, answered my silly questions with patience, did an excellent job and left the garden looking better than when they arrived. They removed all the rubbish from the site and did a search for any nails etc that might have dropped. The team were genuinely nice guys and a pleasure to have on site. I am very happy with the finished work and the price was right. I would happily recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for a replacement roof or guttering.

Excellent service. Mike was always on hand to answer queries. Also had no problem in my extending the scope. His team were prompt, polite and very efficient. A difficult aspect of the job was dealing with a dormer window to the rear of our 3 story property that was difficult to access. This was handled very efficiently. Looks to be a very well done job. He was recommended by one of our neighbours and for this we were grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending his Company.

Three years ago I used MCR to replace my facias and soffits and I also had a dovecote on my garage roof plasticated. Last week I needed a repair on the dovecote and contacted MCR. Within 3 days they had visited and completed the necessary repairs all at no cost. I think this is excellent aftercare and customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have been meaning to write all week to say thanks to you and your great team for a beautiful job on our roof. I'm not an expert but it looks great from the outside! And your staff were friendly, courteous and self-sufficient - I had absolutely no problem leaving them to it and they made themselves tea in a very tidy way! Thanks for all the excellent project management by Scott too - it all worked brilliantly and everyone did what they were supposed to do when they said they would, which is exactly what you need but scarily relatively rare with a lot of companies.
