Mike Carroll Ltd is a family run business based in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire.
We have been providing roofing services, replacement fascia and soffits and guttering in Amersham, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Buckingham, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire for over thirty years and have developed a reputation for quality workmanship and personal service.

Soffit, fascia and guttering replacement on multi-level, multi-angled "awkward" property. Service throughout has been excellent and professional from first enquiry, through site-survey, discussion/advice, quote, booking, planning and installation. Team friendly, polite, tidy, and diligent. Very unobtrusive and thoughtful. Organised themselves to remain Covid compliant and entirely independent of our household throughout. Am completely confident that we have benefitted from great service, a professional installation and good value. Highly recommend. (House looks vastly better now too!)

Great local company, reliable and trustworthy. Scott quoted for some remedial work on my mum's house after she had been overcharged for a botched job by another company. Professional service from start to finish. From Mikes initial visit to provide detailed quote for various work - soffits, facials, guttering and re-roofing both garage, utility and walkway. The team were extremely professional and worked around both us and the weather and informed us of any adjustments needed due to the complicated nature of the job. James, Josh and Scott managed the teams on site and respected our property, ensuring areas were cleared up at the end of each day. We are extremely happy with the work completed, especially with the wet weather we have had recently, meaning everything is now water tight. We will be calling on them in the near future for further work we need completing and would highly recommend their services.

The team replaced both ours and our neighbour’s soffits and facias. From the moment I contacted the company, communication was quick and whenever a date was given, a member of the team would arrive to do what was needed; from providing a quote, to order materials to arrive to start the job. Scott and the team are the nicest bunch of blokes, always polite and nothing was too much trouble. They kept us fully updated on how the job was going and finished within the expected timeline. I have never had such super communication before when dealing with tradesmen. They carried out a super job, and I smile every time I look at the exterior of my house, I’m so chuffed! We had a lot of wooden cladding which needed replacement so chose the composite Hardie plank cladding. The team did a great job of installation and finishing off the work. We selected the anthracite colour and it looks splendid and we don't have to worry about maintenance now. All waste was removed and everything left clean.

I have nothing but plenty of compliments to The Mike Carroll team who completed replacement soffit & fascia on our semi-detached property 28/8/25. It was potentially an awkward job with our conservatory which prevented easy access a the rear of the property, but this successfully overcome. Mike and Scott went above and beyond to fit the job into their very busy schedule. This speaks to how well thought of they are as a local firm, being in such demand. I don't usually leave reviews but was so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail shown throughout the job. They were always prompt, polite and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. The work was completed ahead of time and the invoice was adjusted to reflect that much less needed doing than anticipated, showing the honesty and professionalism of great tradespersons. Three Roofing Jobs

Mike and his team have done three different roofing jobs for me over the last 4 years. One to replace a dorma roof and one to refit and cement the loose roof tiles at a join in the roof which was allowing water in which had created a damp patch on the wall below. The third was again a damp issue in another area of the property. My roof is quite old and in parts, quite an unusual shape as there has been a number of extensions to the property. Mike was very capable in assessing the root of the issue, which wasn't always straight forward and his team professionally repaired the problem. The boys were punctual, very polite and extremely tidy during the days they were working here. They were also happy to answer any questions that I had concerning the work. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and with my damp problems resolved, I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his team.

Mike arrived promptly and came in with a reasonable estimate that did not increase following completion of the repair. His team arrived a few days later and erected their scaffolding wth minor inconvenience. They returned a few days later and completed the job within reasonable time and to a very high standard. They left,https://www.btcloud.bt.com/?shareObject=1b5a8cc2-48be-655e-703c-24cef162f354 having cleared away all the rubble and after re-pointing some block paving they had to remove to accommodate one of the legs of the scaffolding. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I have already recommended Mike Carroll to a friend who is looking for a roofer.

We got 3 quotes for a flat roof, and Mike Carroll Roofing came in at the middle quote. Detailed quote received, including full information on what materials they would use. Sadly due to weather our job was delayed twice but I was kept informed at all times by Scott. On the day, Scott and 3 colleagues arrived at 8am and got the job done in one day which was most appreciated. They were all helpful and friendly, and probably the tidiest tradesmen ever! All rubbish cleared as soon as it appeared, everything was left clean and clear and they couldn't have been nicer. The job itself is excellent and Scott was able to explain what they had done and why, he clearly is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, excellent service from start to finish and for a reasonable price.
