We have had a VERY bad experience using Mike Martin Windows. The wrong glass was delivered, broken glass arrived and our order in January is still not right - 9/10 months later. Just shocking It’s been incredibly frustrating and slow trying to sort out the problems and are clear that Mike Martin don’t care about us as customers and have been shocking in sorting out problems. And no where to escalate. They just blame everyone else and don’t take any responsibility. Such a shame as we wanted to use local suppliers for our Cornwall build, but c£30k later we’re really disappointed. Avoid using them.

The trader replied (on 13/10/2025)
This was a supply-only order placed by the customer’s contractor. Some products supplied by one of our former manufacturers required replacement, and we have been working with both the contractor and the end customer to ensure these issues are resolved. Replacement items have been ordered, and we remain in contact with the contractor to arrange fitting once received and checked. We recognise how frustrating this has been and continue to focus on reaching full resolution as quickly as possible. Reviews of this nature are very rare for us, and we encourage customers to view our wider feedback on Google for a balanced perspective of our long-established local business.

Fitted a new front door for me. Very friendly, professional service. An appointment for the fitting opened up earlier than expected, so very happy. New door looks great.
