Having previously used MF for my boiler upgrade and annual servicing I chose to use them for my recent GCH upgrade (one pipe to two pipe system). My decision to use MF was made all the more easier due to the excellent professional service they consistently provide. The pricing is always very competitive and the staff have always been professional, polite and very helpful. MF are very accommodating and go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction hence why I highly recommend them.

Needed a full central heating system so looked up nearest company read the reviews spoke to the neighbours and booked for a quote and all excellent as the previous reviews and as my neighbours said all quoted and installed to a really really high quality just glad we went for them to complete a full install house is warm and job well done.

The service I received was excellent. From booking, to the engineer turning up. Nothing was too much trouble. They serviced the boiler, fed back some issues and sorted those too. Fantastic and I would definitely recommend this company.

Booked the company first of all then cancelled, no problem. Had someone I know to help, he thought it was the thermostat? So-called the company again they had an engineer ( Nathan)with me within the hour, he ruled out the thermostat but by this time the person I know was working on my WC and noticed water and when we put the water back on it sounded like a waterfall. Nathan gave me options, mention ruining my sink unit in the bathroom, I said just fix the problem under the WC, he was there 2.5 hours did an excellent job, would have no hesitation in having this company back in my address again. Before Nathan came my kitchen was dripping water on the ceiling and walls. He gave me advice on drying out the property, before doing any more repairs.

The fitting team were excellent, very professional, respectful to our property, and obviously take pride in their work. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Really helpful on the phone when I booked the appointment. The person who came out did a variety of jobs. They were all fine too a good standard and he explained things so I could adjust things later if I needed to. Definitely would use again.
