Minters Paving have just completed the installation of our new patio & driveway in Selsey, which has completely transformed the outside of our property. As someone that has worked in the construction industry for nearly 50 years, it was obvious from the outset of his initial visit, that Matt was extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Although his quotation was clear and concise, Matt promptly responded to a few queries that we had. The works commenced on the agreed date. Again it was obvious after the first day that the Minters team were all experience tradesmen. They would keep us regularly updated and when necessary consult us on the details of some of the finishes. The team were always courteous and respected our property at all times. Despite a couple challenging days weather wise, the works were completed on programme with the quality and standard of the finish completely meeting our expectations.

After reading previous reviews for Minters Paving, I decided to ask for a quote. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I only moved into my house last year and knew that the very neglected garden would need some major work. Matt Minter arrived at the agreed time with helpful brochures which made choosing the patio stone very easy. The quote was received quickly and I believed it to be very reasonable for the amount of work needed. Work started promptly and was delivered by very competent helpful men who are an absolute credit to Matt and his company. Everything was left spotless with all rubbish and surplus material removed. I am truly delighted with my newly landscaped garden and can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We have used Minter's twice now. We were so impressed with the quality of our driveway and front garden, which were completed a number of years ago, and still looks as perfect today as it was when completed. We recently had a patio layed in the rear of our property. Once again we are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out and overall finish. We had a quote very quickly and work started within a good time frame. Everyone working were polite and helpful and tidy. A few extras were added to make the surrounding area match in and look complete.

My parents were approached & ripped off by door knockers, threatened with violence & verbal aggression. On searching the web for a reputable local company for advice initially we came across Minters Paving. From the outset Matt was great in giving us advice on how to deal with the current situation that we found ourselves in. My dad's confidence was unbelievably rocked & was so very worried about another trader coming in to his home. However, Matt was unbelievably patient, kind and considerate to my parents situation & won them & me over instantly! He not only gave us the advice & help we needed but also gave us info on how he & his Team could put right the mess that had been made. He was so knowledgeable & passionate about his work. He did not pressure at all & the Team transformed my parents garden. Not only did he design & advise on the patio slabs, he painted the fences, installed a new fence & planted flowers too! In fact, one of his team members even put a garden bench together for my dad at no extra cost. Wonderfully kind & went over & above. Matt's Team were hard working, friendly & kept everything as tidy as they could, keeping my parents updated throughout the job. They were always on time & worked efficiently (no sitting around on mobile phones like the last lot!). They are all fabulous & my parents are so happy with the outcome. I sincerely can't thank Matt & his Team enough. Would 100% recommend in a heart beat. Thank you so much to all of you.

We needed a complete overhaul of our patio area and driveway which was dated, tired and uneven. I contacted Matt after seeing examples of his work on his website which looked exactly what we were looking for. Matt made the whole process of selecting the right materials effortless and the quotation for work was prompt and crystal clear. Matt and his team (special thanks to Jack and Alex) have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Polite, respectful to us and our neighbours and hard working. Matt has great design ideas, is thorough in his approach and is clearly dedicated to his profession. Having worked in the service industry for over 40 years I recognise good service when I see it. Quite simply, Minters deliver. So pleased were we with results, we have asked Matt and his team to come back for further landscaping work to complement the fantastic work they have already done.

I booked my appointment online which was quick and easy Matt was polite and very professional with the advice he gave me, my quote arrived by email the same day. The installers were always on time and very polite and you knew from day one they were excellent at their job, my garden was left tidy at the end of each day and they would always discuss what they were going to do each day and if they had to go and get materials they would let you know. Minters paving are a Bret paving-approved installer so you get a 5-year warranty on the work and a 10-year product warranty on the materials. Minters have won several national awards so you know your dealing with a family-run business that really take a lot of pride in every job they do no matter what the size of the project .

I contacted Minter’s to quote for a garden patio and the landscaping of my front garden. From start to finish it was an effortless transaction. Matt offered lots of great design ideas, left brochures so I could chose colours etc. The price was reasonable and the quote was professionally presented and sent over in good time. The work was started quickly and the team worked well, considerately and were very tidy. The quality of the work was amazing and I am very happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We used Minters to take up a patio around three sides of the house and to relay. The timescale and price were honoured by the company and the team of men worked really well. They caused us no problems at our home and were very respectful. Their timekeeping was spot on every day. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

Great work from Matt and the team on our patio. We wanted it ramped to accommodate a wheelchair user and they did it wonderfully. The overall effect is better than we expected and now waiting for the sun to fully appreciate it.

Mathew and his crew did a fantastic job on our mud pit of a driveway. They arrived early and put in a full day's work, even our neighbours commented on how hard they worked. They cleaned up every night and were respectfully of both our and our neighbours property. They were polite and curtious. The job was completed on schedule and we are very happy with the quality of work and end result. I would recommend Minters Paving.

Minters came out to quote as they agreed and started promptly on the agreed date. i have had paved drives in the past and Minters were far better and finished on time at the agreed price, the staff were hard working polite and communicative. i would happily use minters again. I am completely thrilled with my garden transformation. I moved into a house with no garden just patchy grass/patio/shed. After discussing with Minters Paving my thoughts he was able to realise my ideas and make them real. In in some cases making them even better than I imagined. I now have an amazing landscaped garden that is the envy of everyone that sees it and I can’t wait to spend any free time in it day and night. The team were professional and courteous throughout the experience they maintained a good sense of humour even though the weather was typically atrocious and my garden became a mini Glastonbury during the process. Matt was available, attentive and listened, even when the job was finished he was happy to return to do a couple of tweaks. My new patio has transformed my whole garden. The eye for detail and pride in their work, made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. We had an in ground swimming pool that needed much money spending on it or removing to make the garden more versatile all year round. We decided a major transformation was our preferred option and were recommended to Minters..boy we were so pleased we were! Matt and his team laid 21x4m of artificial grass, making a once uneven, muddy lawn, level and mud free! New patio and planting wall. Removed old hedge, cleared ground. Excellent job very flexible on changes as job proceeded. Very tidy, reliable and polite gang. Once works completed. All area made good and spotless. Strongly recommended.

Minters paving did a full landscape transformation of my back garden. They completly stripped it out and fitted a new paved area, artificial grass, raised planters, lights and panelled wooden walls. The work is amazing and has totally transformed the space. The workmanship is top quality and the team that did the work were always highly professional, curtious and clean. I highly recommend these guys.

Having moved to the area fairly recently Minters were recommended to us by a builder/neighbour. The work involved the removal of the old concert surface and the insertion of two new sewage inspection covers. In addition a picket fence was required to mark the shared boundary with our neighbour. The team of three that Matt designated for the job could not have been more professional. They arrived promptly on each of the five days of work, discussed everything with us when decisions had to be made, tidied at the end of each day and have now left us with a beautifully finished driveway. We could not be happier.

Minters were recommended to us by a local tradesman who we trust and we were not disappointed. We had a small drive way with old cracked concrete sunk in parts which became puddles after rain. We wanted the area block paved so that it was neat and tidy and any rain water drained properly away. I was also concerned that the sewer for the house and mains water supply were somewhere underneath and could be damaged whilst the concrete was removed. I need not have worried as Roland and the rest of the lads did a very good job with no problems. All was left neat and tidy with our double gate re-hung to take account of the raised floor level. Its nice to find a company and workers that you can trust to do a good job. If we have work of this kind to be done in the future they would be our first choice to ask.

Several years ago, Minters laid a fairly large block paving driveway and two quarried stone patios with an interconnecting path. We were delighted with the price quoted and the eventual result. Our house is built on London Clay. Over time, with a succession of very dry, then very wet years, the clay has contracted causing a dip in the driveway. Although under no obligation to do so as the work was out of warranty, Matt sent a team of four pavers to take up the sunken blocks and re-lay them. Service, second to none!

Minter's completed some work today, as scheduled in my parents back garden. Not only was my mother very pleased with the end result, she comments on how polite and thoughtful then workers were, also how clean the surrounding area was left when the construction was finished.

We asked Minters to replace a very old and unstable patio with modern porcelain tiles and kerbstones. The paving surrounds 3 side of the house and the levels were all over the place. Minters were able to resolve this and make the patio flow all around the house without steps or changes in levels. Matt was very helpful when helping us decide what we wanted and very knowledgeable on how to deal with the levels and the proximity to the house and damp course. He inspired confidence from the outset and the subsequent team that did the work did not disappoint. They were prompt, polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, bringing in topsoil and turf to leave a professional finish and helping with burying cabling and moving fence panels, all of which was not part of the original brief. The workmanship was excellent, they were tidy throughout and great to have around. We kept them full of tea, coffee and biscuits which I’m sure helped. The end result is excellent and I look forward to having Matt and the team back to tackle the driveway in the not too distant future. Thanks for all your hard work guys.
