I had a rats' nest at the bottom of my garden, next to my compost bin. Sian was very pleasant. She turned up punctually for the arranged visits and appeared to have good knowledge and understanding. She explained her protocol, involving 2 return visits (more if necessary), and told me what to expect. The rats now appear to have died/fled, and it's comforting to have Sian's one-year guarantee, in case they return.

We had a major rat infestation. Through careful observation, expert knowledge and intelligent tracking Sian identified the source, took action where she could and where she couldn't help, she advised us on additional steps that required other contractors. She stayed in touch while excavation and drain works were underway, and supported us in navigating a way through a traumatic and unpleasant experience. She was generous with her time, always available for advice and happy to visit us, even at short notice, and particularly in a crisis. She was always calm, thoughtful and supportive. In short, her professional practice and customer commitment are outstanding. We can't recommend her highly enough.

We discovered a brown rat in the garage/utility room over Christmas. Sian was able to visit quickly and set traps and ensure that it was contained within the one room. Ex rat removed a week later and Sian advised us to wait a further week to ensure there were no more. A week later she returned and did a detailed search and plugged possible entry points against any possibe future trouble. Sian was everything we needed - calm and reassuring, professional, and informative. Reliable and reasonable charge. Would definitely recommend her service.

After seeing a mouse I looked on Which Trusted Traders for pest control, having been disappointed with the previous service I had used in the past. There had been one spotted a few weeks before but we hoped it had gone! I found Miss Catch em Pest control, and after reading reviews gave her a call when I was still distraught(!), and she was very calming and sensible and helpful, and made her first visit very soon. She is a little distance away but that wasn`t a problem for her.On her first visit she checked everywhere, inside and out, including the shed, for evidence of the mice and baited in the right places. She has been thorough, explaining her method, blocking up holes (which no other pest controller has ever offered to do as part of the treatment), and she has persevered in dealing with the infestation in measured effective steps. She is a very nice person ,friendly and cheerful and very reassuring and understanding about my phobia! She answers all questions fully, and does not give up. She made some extra visits to see everything through. It has been a pleasure for us to know Sian and to have our problem solved.

I can not sing Sian’s praises even! She’s been fantastic right from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have not seen any mice since her visit and I hope they do not return but even if they do she offers a year’s warranty which is amazing.
