I can not sing Sian’s praises even! She’s been fantastic right from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have not seen any mice since her visit and I hope they do not return but even if they do she offers a year’s warranty which is amazing.

Sian is absolutely fantastic. We had difficulty finding someone at short notice, Sian was able to come out immediately, quoting a competitive rate. The work and follow up visits were all carried out extremely professionally. Sian always arrived at the set time and is genuinely concerned that the cause of the problem is completely eradicated. Sian has been very helpful since I first reached out to her. Our rodent problem was not a straightforward and easy one given the old house. However, Sian took her time to identify where the possible areas of entry might have been. Honest on what she can or cannot do, which makes us trust her even more. Very detailed and patient with her approach, making sure all tracks were covered. Sian had been very accommodating, even coming back multiple times to check the place when I had worries. She made sure our problem was fully resolved so very grateful for this. I highly recommend MsCatch’em Pest Control. I’ll surely reach out again for a property check once we get our place renovated. We had mice noises in the loft converted bedroom and the noise got louder. Our cat could not access so she was frustrated but eventually ignored them. Miss Catch’EM listened us and explained her strategy and price. Her three visits were all in time. The work and advice were very professional. Three wasp nests found during the work have also been taken out by her. For such a horrible event her various approaches of tackling the problem and explanations were impressive. We are very pleased her professional service. Thank you very much.
