I had a rats' nest at the bottom of my garden, next to my compost bin. Sian was very pleasant. She turned up punctually for the arranged visits and appeared to have good knowledge and understanding. She explained her protocol, involving 2 return visits (more if necessary), and told me what to expect. The rats now appear to have died/fled, and it's comforting to have Sian's one-year guarantee, in case they return.

We had a major rat infestation. Through careful observation, expert knowledge and intelligent tracking Sian identified the source, took action where she could and where she couldn't help, she advised us on additional steps that required other contractors. She stayed in touch while excavation and drain works were underway, and supported us in navigating a way through a traumatic and unpleasant experience. She was generous with her time, always available for advice and happy to visit us, even at short notice, and particularly in a crisis. She was always calm, thoughtful and supportive. In short, her professional practice and customer commitment are outstanding. We can't recommend her highly enough.

We discovered a brown rat in the garage/utility room over Christmas. Sian was able to visit quickly and set traps and ensure that it was contained within the one room. Ex rat removed a week later and Sian advised us to wait a further week to ensure there were no more. A week later she returned and did a detailed search and plugged possible entry points against any possibe future trouble. Sian was everything we needed - calm and reassuring, professional, and informative. Reliable and reasonable charge. Would definitely recommend her service.

After seeing a mouse I looked on Which Trusted Traders for pest control, having been disappointed with the previous service I had used in the past. There had been one spotted a few weeks before but we hoped it had gone! I found Miss Catch em Pest control, and after reading reviews gave her a call when I was still distraught(!), and she was very calming and sensible and helpful, and made her first visit very soon. She is a little distance away but that wasn`t a problem for her.On her first visit she checked everywhere, inside and out, including the shed, for evidence of the mice and baited in the right places. She has been thorough, explaining her method, blocking up holes (which no other pest controller has ever offered to do as part of the treatment), and she has persevered in dealing with the infestation in measured effective steps. She is a very nice person ,friendly and cheerful and very reassuring and understanding about my phobia! She answers all questions fully, and does not give up. She made some extra visits to see everything through. It has been a pleasure for us to know Sian and to have our problem solved.

I can not sing Sian’s praises even! She’s been fantastic right from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have not seen any mice since her visit and I hope they do not return but even if they do she offers a year’s warranty which is amazing.

Sian has been very helpful since I first reached out to her. Our rodent problem was not a straightforward and easy one given the old house. However, Sian took her time to identify where the possible areas of entry might have been. Honest on what she can or cannot do, which makes us trust her even more. Very detailed and patient with her approach, making sure all tracks were covered. Sian had been very accommodating, even coming back multiple times to check the place when I had worries. We had mice noises in the loft converted bedroom and the noise got louder. Our cat could not access so she was frustrated but eventually ignored them. Miss Catch’EM listened us and explained her strategy and price. Her three visits were all in time. The work and advice were very professional. Three wasp nests found during the work have also been taken out by her. For such a horrible event her various approaches of tackling the problem and explanations were impressive. I would highly recommend Miss Catch ?Em? Pest Control. There was a mice infestation in the building :(, from my first contact with Sian to the last visit she was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable and thorough with the proofing. Sian answered all my questions re the infestation, I was very worried about the extent of the problem and she was able to immediately provide a great deal of information regarding where the mice where coming from and the proofing was completed to a high standard. I have a huge fear of mice and had recently moved into the property to find there was an infestation, Sian supported me in overcoming this problem and also treated another problem which was discovered which was rats. It was a real nightmare to move in and have these pest control issues but Sian successfully proofed and treated everything. I am so grateful for this and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Sian was recommended by a friend at work. She visited and immediately identified the problem and gave me great advice on where previous pest controllers had missed things. We had a problem with rats both in the garden and inside our property, the loft and cavity walls. The rats had gained access via our neighbours. This trader. Miss Catchem, initially visited our property, at no cost and fully explained what she would do to investigate the issue and eradicate the rats. She surveyed the garden and around the property for any access points. We then agreed to employ her for pest control. She took measures to trace the rats routes and deal with them. She was, also was employed by our neighbour where she discovered the rats points of access, that led internally into our house.She effectively eradicated the rats inside the house, removed any corpses and continued visits until she was confident that the rats had gone. She also blocked any places inside the loft where the rats had gained access. She was reliable and kept to the appointed times. We felt she went over and above what we had expected, as compared to another pest control person we had used years ago, who had been recommended by our council. We have no reservations about recommending this trader as our experience with her was an excellent one.
