I had problems with a faulty toilet and a leaking shower cubicle both of which needed replacing. Mark gave great service from start to finish. He diagnosed the problems explaining in detail, sent a quotation, arranged a date for the work to start and kept to it. Mark arrived promptly each day. He was friendly, courteous and efficient at all times. He took pride in his professional, meticulous work. The floors were protected and he cleaned up completely before leaving. The work was done to a high standard by a skilled tradesperson.

Mark fitted a new boiler and three new radiators. One of the radiators involved piping into a room that previously had no pipework and Mark took time to think how to do this with the minimum mess and neatest finish. He was punctual, listened to my needs and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We've had Mark in for 2 jobs now and been really impressed both times. Did a full downstairs toilet and sink installation. Gave helpful advice which meant the finish is excellent. Then fixed a problem with our boiler quickly and hassle free. Had the part and knowledge to fix there and then. Would recommend 100% and use him for future work. All work was completed on time and on budget. Excellent communication throughout.

Mark supplied and fitted a new Worcester 4000. Power flushed the hot water and underfloor heating systems. He was excellent - arrived on time, explained the process for the removal of the existing boiler and the installation of the new one. He showed me the issues with the old system as they arose and proposed solutions to overcome them. I cannot praise Mark highly enough. Exceptional service and workmanship throughout. Work areas were fully cleaned afterwards as if he had not been there. He explained how to use the new Boiler, underfloor heating and thermostats. Every change to the budget was explained and agreed beforehand and all works were completed on time. Mark is a true professional and I would use him again if the need ever arises.

Mark removed an old toilet, which turned out to be a much more difficult job then he had expected, and then installed a new toilet. He did an excellent job. He took away the old toilet and all packaging from the new one, and cleaned up after his work. He worked quietly and quickly. I am happy to recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Mark arrived on time, explained the process for the removal of the existing central heating boiler and the installation of the replacement. I was made aware of any problems as they arose, and the proposed solutions. Mark was competent throughout, and the finished work was first class. The area was cleaned after the work was completed, and an explanation of the working of the new boiler was clearly explained. Everything was completed within the agreed timescale and budget. I have found Mark to be extremely helpful and professional in all my dealings with him, and would thoroughly recommend him.
