Smooth from initial enquiry to final installation. Paul understood my requirements and answered all my questions in detail and the quote was exactly as requested. The installation was booked in line with my timelines and I was kept updated throughout of installation timings closer to the day. Installation went like clockwork, with everything explained and confirmation given of the support contact details. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mobility Scotland.

I have used this company multiple times for my mother in law and my own mother . Have purchased sit to rise chairs x beds x stairlift and other items which without a doubt helped and still helps my mum in her own home and keeping her independent . Staff are brilliant, from calling to make appointments to items being delivered are outstanding every single time . Nothing is a bother or problem . Aftercare service is beyond amazing and they are so reassuring as even yesterday when I had a problem with my mums stair lift they were there in no time solving the problem. Cannot sing their praises loud enough . Peace of mind and care you won’t find anywhere but with Billy and his team you always will .

From the very start of us contacting the company we felt that we were dealing with someone who we could trust. The work started on schedule and was all finished very quickly and to an extremely high standard. The instructions for use were clear and concise with no problems. This company has an excellent customer service. We would have no problem whatsoever in recommending them to anyone.

From start to finish the standard of service was superb. As my mobility is very limited at the moment we were able to arrange a home visit to work out exactly what I required. The sales person who attended was both knowledgeable and friendly and not once did I feel any sort of pressure to complete a sale. Options, choices etc were always clear and cross checked. I opted for a fabric which involved a slightly longer delivery time, but if I had needed a quicker turn around I could have has a very speedy delivery indeed, a godsend when mobility is a very real issue. Delivery and installation of my new chair was completed as scheduled, and to suit me. I had paid half the cost at the time of ordering and the balance once the chair was installed to my satisfaction, even moving one item of furniture to another room in the house. I was kept well informed throughout, without feeling pestered. All too often companies seem to believe you are going to more items and send endless messages as though you are likely to buy another chair, bed etc within a few weeks of the first purchase. It is refreshing to find a company with a more realistic and humane approach to their customers.

Every stage from first enquiry to fitting of the stairlift,went smoothly and to plan. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. At all times I felt listened to. The quoted cost and the schedule for installation had no unexpected 'add-ons'. There was written information , including health and safety advice. I would have no hesitation about making phone contact if necessary. What was unexpected was a bouquet of flowers on completion. A delightful surprise.

We contacted Mobility Scotland to fit a stair lift into my parents house. From the first phone call to the aftercare check the service was excellent. Paul came out within a day of our first call. Explained everything provided a clear quote and even arranged for an electrician to come and fit and extra plug socket. The lift was fitted within a week from our call. All appointments were made quickly and time keeping was spot on. The fitter arrived on time and worked efficiently and tided up afterwards. Highly recommend Mobility Scotland and will contact them again if we need anything else

Visited the showroom with my mum to view the Adjustable beds. Billy spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of each model and mum was able to test them all until she found the one that worked best for her needs. The guys delivered and assembled the bed in around 3 weeks from order. It's difficult access at mums due to the stairlift, very well installed by mobility scotland, but nothing was a problem for them. Excellent, friendly, professional service. Highly recommend.

I can't speak too highly about the work and support that Mobility Scotland provided. My Aunt was struggling with her stairs, but didn't feel ready to go into a care home. Mobility Scotland visited to assess things and fitted the stair lift very soon after and to the agreed price. My Aunt is aged 88 and was worried about managing the stair lift. The man who fitted it stayed with her with much help and understanding until she felt secure. There was a follow up visit the same day, and my Aunt is now totally confident with her stair lift. It's been a relief to her family too. I would recommend Mobility Scotland to anyone. Thanks.

Mobility Scotland , what can I say . From start to finish the boys were brilliant . Friendly emails telephone conversation and getting to see the items working prior to buying them was a big plus . I had contacted the guys regarding a chairlift for my wee ma . They guys had requested some pictures which we sent in . By the time we went to the showroom they had it worked out what would work and what wouldn’t - quick and easy . We picked what was required . We then received a proper survey to ensure what we picked would actually work in real life , to which it did . Once we placed order we didn’t have to wait long to have it installed . The guys were sufficient, clean , and no hassle what so ever . Work was completed with no hassles whatsoever ever . On completion Paul came to the house and gave my wee ma a handover on how to use it . She now thinks she has her own little rollercoaster in the house , and helps her get to the bingo more often 👍, for me these boys are highly recommended

We purchased a Chair from the company for our dear Mum.The experience start to finish was fantastic. The care taking by the team to give us the chair that suited was perfect. Fully recommend anyone wishing to use Disability Scotland that you wont be disappointed.

First experience with these guys I have been dealing with Billy and what a first class service from the first contact 2 days later chair delivered for my wife who has MND and what a difference it will make to her life now being able to get up off chair by herself.
