Called Kevin about a couple of issues that have been problems for too long. He was very professional from the start and wanted clear information so he was prepared to start immediately. He worked quickly and effectively solving both problems with no fuss. He was a pleasure to deal with, I’d have no reservations about using him again and recommending him to others. 10/10

Disappointing. Called to arrange a boiler service. Was told to send my details via text message, and he would get back to me. I did this straight away. Got no reply. Tried again a week later - got no reply. It's fine if you don't want the job - it's frustrating and a waste of time if you handle things this way.

I had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly for a couple of weeks and then stopped draining all together. I called Kevin late afternoon, I left a message and he got back to me straightaway. He was able to come and deal with the issue the next day and fixed everything quickly, without fuss and at a very reasonable rate. I'd happily use Kevin for any other plumbing work in the future. Great service, reliable and efficient.

Kevin was excellent to deal with, he promptly responded to my initial enquiry. He arrived to do the work when he said he would having called before hand to give time of arrival. He repaired the leaking sink quickly and efficiently and gave further advice on other works required. I noticed water on the kitchen floor at 8.00pm, found Kevin’s reviews and rating on Trusted Traders, and was able to talk to him about the leak before he closed at 9.00pm. He was knowledgeable, and very helpful. By 12.00 noon the next morning he had done the job - replacing the washing machine hose. His bill was also very reasonable. Thank you, Kevin.

I booked Kevin to replace a shower pump in our shower room, he arrived on the appointed date and time slot and I arranged parking. (Camden is a major headache for parking) He was very knowledgeable on the engineering works of the water system in our building and resolved all the surprises that arose whilst replacing the pump. He is very thorough and doesn't stop working until the job is done to perfection. I pre-ordered the pump however there were parts needed to complete the job, Kevin walked to and from a local shop to get those. Whilst he was working on the pump, our replacement shower head was delivered, Kevin kindly offered to swap out the old one for me. Brilliant service and expertise.

After being badly let down (ripped off) twice I found Kevin on Trusted Trader to (finally) fix a toilet in my London property. He came out within days and fixed it within time and budget agreed. He has since been back twice for two other plumbing Jobs. A real diamond of a guy - highly recommended

After a few bad experiences on Yell, it was fantastic to have found Kevin’s plumbing services, whose number I will now prize in my phone book for anybody who asks me for a plumber recommendation. Kevin returned my call, took the time on the phone to evalauate the jobs I needed doing, making some recommendations about what I could do myself if I wanted to save money. He helped me install some fiddly taps when the old ones had rusted in. He also cleared a blockage from my sink, both solved with great results. He attended promotly, shared tones of tips and charged a very competitive price that I thought was great value. He is also a really nice guy. Thoroughly recommend if Kevin.

Kevin was a star giving me all the advice I need to source a tap that fits my odd-sized shower tap, which is not industry standard, rather than force a job onto me. No doubt I'll call him again!

I would recommend Kevin Wilson should you need a good plumber. I used Kevin for the first time yesterday and am very pleased with the service he delivers. Kevin returns calls, listens to your issue and suggests the best way to address the issue and deliver the best result. He is punctual, works hard and very easy to get along with. In short, he responds quickly and gets the job done well.

Kevin responded promptly and came on the day to fix a leak from the water supply to the washing machine. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Kevin has done a number of other jobs for me in the past and has always been efficient and knowledgeable. I am glad to have found him, and will use his services again.

This was my first time using Monument and was swayed by the reviews I read in this forum. I'm glad I did. Kevin was punctual and great to work with. He presented me with options and was happy to comply with my decisions. Some parts needed to be sourced from my neighbourhood Leyland SDM, and there was little if any markup on those. Only charged for time present, no call-out - genuinely pleased with the work done and the invoice total.
