As I had recently used Lee and his team for a repair/replacement to a flat roof, I had no qualms about asking him for a quote to undertake some work on the main roof of the house where there was a broken tile causing water ingress. I accepted the quote and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Lee and his team did a full rebuild on my roof. Over the last few years it became clear that the original builder for our loft conversion had done a terrible job, and I asked Lee to quote for the rebuild. They were very thorough with the work, which was completed to a high standard. They were polite and tidy on site and I'm very happy with the job.

I have used Lee before, so had no hesitation in using him again as his work is of a very high standard. He is polite, punctual and meticulous in his work and also good value. Hopefully I will be using him again in a couple of years as I think that I would find it extremely difficult to find someone else with the same work ethic.

Lee and his team, including his son Luke, have recently completed a repair to my front porch flat roof which was showing signs of deterioration and also needed a replacement timber post to support the roof, which had started rotting. My initial meeting with Lee to discuss the project was conducted professionally and courteously. He made me feel confident that he knew what was required to be undertaken to resolve the problems. Lee kept me fully informed at each stage of the work and the job was completed within the specified time. Once the work was finished everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Lee and his team and will certainly have no hesitation in contacting him again if the need arises.

I had a leak in my roof, which I had repaired a few times by other companies. A year or two after the repair, the leak returned. It was clear I needed the roof to be completely relayed. I chose a fibreglass resin system on advice. My neighbour referred me to Moran Roofing & Building. After providing a reasonable quote, there was not a long delay before the work began. The work was completed in six days, with the scaffolding removed a few days later. I could not be happier with the quality and speed of the work. Lee, Luke and team are friendly and professional. I've recommended Moran Roofing & Building to a number of my friends in the area.
