Needed a quote to partially board loft and install loft ladder. Ben came to give us a quote, which we accepted. Communication was great and a day for installation was agreed. The men arrived on time and did an excellent job! They were very pleasant and left the area immaculately clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

After making an enquiry through the website. Ben’s team made contact to book on the free evaluation and sizing of the loft. Ben comes round within two days. On arrival very pleasant and knows his stuff with lofts and what options I would have available to me. He done a full measurement. Gave me a quote on the spot which was within my price range. We then found a date in the calendar that worked for me to get his team in for the work. His team arrived and were very polite. Made sure the carpets and everything was covered so all the work wouldn’t leave a mess on the carpets. The guys worked very efficiently even with the bad weather outside causing the loft to be extremely cold. Ben came along to sort the electrical install for the two LED lights being fitted as part of my package. The entire loft is now usable for storage which is what I needed. Great work by Ben and his team and I’m grateful for how quick everything has been done.

Very impressed from start to finish - easy to book a consultation and instant quote given. The father and son team arrived bang on time on the morning arranged and worked tirelessly without any breaks to get the work completed. They were friendly, polite and completely considerate throughout whilst remaining totally professional. At the end of installation they showed me exactly how to use the hatch and ladder and how the lighting worked as well as checking I was happy with the boarding, explaining why certain things had to be done the way they were because of water pipes. 100% recommend 👍

Ben promptly replied to our initial enquiry and came and provided a quote the same day. Originally we looked to replace a loft ladder and enlarge the hatch. Further adjustments were put forward by Ben and a quote provided there and then. There was no pressure to commit at this stage and on reflection we contacted him again to ask about adding more boarding. He promptly provided a revised quote which we accepted. Ben and his team were friendly, professional, considerate and completed the work to a high standard, cleaning up after themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

From quote to completion, everything was delivered on time as promised. Within 2 hours of an enquiry, we had an appointment for a quote. From the quote to the day of install, we were kept informed of what was going to happen. On the day of installation, Ben , Mark and Codie arrived smartly attired in “logo’d” uniforms, and quickly and efficiently completed the job as agreed. As promised, they protected our carpets and cleaned up better than any other tradesman we have ever employed, when they had gone, you wouldn’t have known they had been there.
