From beginning to end, the service was amazing. Customer service over the phone was friendly and informative. I was able to book an appointment for a quote for the same week. Ben was fantastic at explaining what the job entailed, and didn't pressure us to upgrade on the selected product. Coming up to the date, I was kept informed of what to expect. Ben, Harvey, and Tino arrived on time. Very polite and respectful of our home. Everything was covered and looked after. The job was finished in record time, and we were given a demo on how to use the new ladder/hatch. I couldn't recommend Ben enough for his service! Thank you again for transforming our loft.

Ben promptly replied to our initial enquiry and came and provided a quote the same day. Originally we looked to replace a loft ladder and enlarge the hatch. Further adjustments were put forward by Ben and a quote provided there and then. There was no pressure to commit at this stage and on reflection we contacted him again to ask about adding more boarding. He promptly provided a revised quote which we accepted. Ben and his team were friendly, professional, considerate and completed the work to a high standard, cleaning up after themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having recently expanded our family, we were running out of space for all the new baby items we were getting through. The team that carried out the job were very friendly, polite and professional, and were able to complete it all on time. From quote to completion, everything was delivered on time as promised. Within 2 hours of an enquiry, we had an appointment for a quote. From the quote to the day of install, we were kept informed of what was going to happen. On the day of installation, Ben , Mark and Codie arrived smartly attired in “logo’d” uniforms, and quickly and efficiently completed the job as agreed. As promised, they protected our carpets and cleaned up better than any other tradesman we have ever employed, when they had gone, you wouldn’t have known they had been there. They were super friendly and truly went the extra mile for us. 5-star+ service, I cannot recommend highly enough!!
