I received a prompt response to my online query after having researched various loft installers. Our loft space was already boarded but additional insulation had been added, leaving us with little space. We needed a new ladder too. The team worked hard all day on one of the hottest days of the year, not just to fit the new loft space but to remove the old boarding and move our stuff out of the way. The work was completed to a high standard; the team were polite and friendly, and clearly explained everything. When the job looked like it would overrun, another team member arrived to help them get it finished in one day. Everything was left clean and tidy and the loft looks great.

Fantastic work from the installers. They boarded the loft, added shelving, added a suitable loft ladder, replaced the loft hatch & added lights in the loft. Installed total loft boarding, shelves, lights, new hatch and ladder all in one day. Jordan and James were both extremely polite, friendly and hard working in extremely hot temperatures, resulting in a great piece of work. Couldn’t be happier, from initial phone call to job completion took 3 weeks, Ben drew up 3 plans and gave us the quote straight away. We had full package, boarding, lighting, ladders, new larger opening, roof vents grab rail and more insulation, all completed in one day. The young men who did the fitting were so polite, respectful and very hard working. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The work was then scheduled at a convenient time, and was not long to wait. The fitters were respectful, helpful, quick & left no mess at all and the end result is exactly what we had hoped for. Ben & his team have completely transformed the loft space in our bungalow, they arrived spot on time introduced themselves & started work straight away. They took the old loft hatch out and got to work fitting the raised flooring, lighting, shelfs, ladder, new loft hatch, grab rails & lap vents. I don't think they stopped working all day but we did supply them with cold drinks due to the very hot weather we've been having. Harvey showed me the new loft space, Amazing, great space & well lit, no mess. Completely clear. Then he showed me how the ladder & hatch operated. They cleaned everything up, no trace of dust, These guys are hard working & pleasant, Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service done by More Than Loft Ladders after receiving a fair quote from Ben Aires his team arrived on Friday 20th March 2026 on time to do our loft for us. Mark and Cody father and son duo arrived to do the work and were very professional, polite and friendly the work was done to a very high standard and everything was explained to us. I was put at ease when I got to check out the work that had been done as I had to enter the loft by using our new telescopic ladder for the first time I'm not very good with heights so Mark stayed with me the whole time and kept reassuring me that I was perfectly safe now I'm going into the loft with no worries. We are absolutely thrilled with the work that has been done it has now given us another room to store our belongings in and has given us more space. I would give this company a 5 star rating and Highly Recommend Them.

Ben came round within 2 days of our contacting him. We did not have sufficient loft insulation and needed some proper boarding. Ben explained our options. He also explained our options about our loft hatch. He gave us a quote and we arranged a convenient date for the work to be carried out. Harvey and Jordan arrived, covering all carpet areas they would be walking over. They worked extremely hard, being very professional and polite. The work was completed in less than one day (two days had been booked). They showed us how to use the pole for the new loft hatch and the new telescopic ladder. New lights have also been installed. We originally got in touch about a new loft ladder and hatch. Having reviewed the website we decided to request a quote to insulate and reboard our loft as well. Ben arranged a very prompt appointment and attended 2 days later. He was able to provide a quote & installation date on the spot which we were happy to accept. 5 weeks on and the work is done and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We initially asked for a quote to put in a loft ladder. But after talking through our insulation with Ben, we realised we need more insulation in our loft. They quoted on the spot to install a loft ladder, add insulation and to board out our loft. The quote was very comprehensive and we could remove things we did not feel we needed. On the day of instalation the guys took their shoes off before even walking through to the stairs. They put down protective sheets on the stairs and landing. The job was completed to a very high standard and hand over was excellent. Everything was explained from how to open the new hatch, to pulling down and putting up the ladder. After making an enquiry through the website. Ben’s team made contact to book on the free evaluation and sizing of the loft. Ben comes round within two days. On arrival very pleasant and knows his stuff with lofts and what options I would have available to me. He done a full measurement. Gave me a quote on the spot which was within my price range. We then found a date in the calendar that worked for me to get his team in for the work. His team arrived and were very polite. Made sure the carpets and everything was covered so all the work wouldn’t leave a mess on the carpets. The guys worked very efficiently even with the bad weather outside causing the loft to be extremely cold. Ben came along to sort the electrical install for the two LED lights being fitted as part of my package. The entire loft is now usable for storage which is what I needed. Great work by Ben and his team and I’m grateful for how quick everything has been done.
