Morland and Martin are a family company and have been since 1981, so if you’re in need of a Plumber we have engineers qualified and certified in all aspects of Commercial and Domestic plumbing and heating works.
We complete all types of plumbing, and work for individual owners and property agents, lawyers, solicitors, estate and lettings agencies, Church of Scotland, high street stores, Historic Scotland, landowners and estates, disabled / medical sector and many more. We cover the Central belt of Scotland including; Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stirling, Dunblane, Gleneagles, West Lothian, Corstorphine and Cumbernauld.
All work is covered by a 12 month labour guarantee in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties.
As Worcester Accredited Installers we are now able to fit boilers with up to a 12 year guarantee and have Finance Options available on all Worcester boilers inc Interest Free Credit (0% APR) with up to 2 years to pay and Flexible Payments (9.9% APR) with up to 10 years to pay.

The work was completed well within the time advised. The engineers, Max and Matthew, were very pleasant and helpfulful; they left my kitchen very clean and tidy. The whole process went very smoothly to plan, including the initial visit to create the job and the quote.

Morland and Martin installed our new boiler two years ago and service it regularly. When we had a blocked towel rail in the bathroom thy sorted that. Recently we had a frozen condensate pipe and they responded right away. Their workmen are very tidy and pleasant and os is the office staff. Thanks to Morlsnd and Martin we now have a very warm bathroom.

Could not rate this company highly enough! Their customer service and work exceeds anything I have experienced before. Ross attended promptly to my address to complete an emergency job for for me. He thoroughly looked in depth to any issues affecting my property from the leak and made recommendations to all necessary work required. Just completed the installation of 3no replacement radiators and boiler service. Have used Morland and Martin for a number of years and I have always been delighted with the service, standard of workmanship, and the professional manner in which all enquires are handled. The work on this occasion was carried out by Frank and a third-year apprentice, great to hear someone with so much knowledge of his trade passing it onto the next generation of tradesmen, an exceptional standard of work, no mess, would recommend this company for all heating and plumbing requirements.

We have had our downstairs toilet completely refitted and also some repair/cosmetic work done in our bathroom. All work has been carried out to a high standard, on schedule, and all rubbish removed. Fantastic service from initial telephone call, to callout to assess the fault, to attending to replace the pressure valves. Daniel the engineer knew his trade, explained the system, the fault and what was being replaced. Adhered to covid guidelines and was courteous and professional. Rates and charges very reasonable. We had new central heating radiators and pipework fitted, and so far everything is as we hoped. We have had, on several occasions, problems with certain companies not doing the work they were being paid to do, but Morland and Martin have been a pleasure. They turned up on time, were polite, kept us informed at all times, were very tidy and cleaned up after. Added bonus was that Ross, the boss, was on the job as well, which meant that we had heating on the first night, which was the coldest night of the year. All in all, very satisfied, and would have no problem recommending this company.

New Condenser Boiler Supplied and Fitted in upstairs cupboard. Old boiler removed from kitchen. Dining Room radiator moved from window wall to adjacent wall. They arrived on time on the day promised. They arrived the next day, again on time and left at lunch time that day. All the work was done efficiently and within the time scale given in their quote. They were polite, good workers and the finished job was immaculate. I cannot fault this company in any way and would highly recommend them FIRST CLASS!
