About

Morland and Martin are a family company and have been since 1981, so if you’re in need of a Plumber we have engineers qualified and certified in all aspects of Commercial and Domestic plumbing and heating works.

We complete all types of plumbing, and work for individual owners and property agents, lawyers, solicitors, estate and lettings agencies, Church of Scotland, high street stores, Historic Scotland, landowners and estates, disabled / medical sector and many more. We cover the Central belt of Scotland including; Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stirling, Dunblane, Gleneagles, West Lothian, Corstorphine and Cumbernauld.

All work is covered by a 12 month labour guarantee in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties.

As Worcester Accredited Installers we are now able to fit boilers with up to a 12 year guarantee and have Finance Options available on all Worcester boilers inc Interest Free Credit (0% APR) with up to 2 years to pay and Flexible Payments (9.9% APR) with up to 10 years to pay.

We had new central heating radiators and pipework fitted, and so far everything is as we hoped. We have had, on several occasions, problems with certain companies not doing the work they were being paid to do, but Morland and Martin have been a pleasure. They turned up on time, were polite, kept us informed at all times, were very tidy and cleaned up after. Added bonus was that Ross, the boss, was on the job as well, which meant that we had heating on the first night, which was the coldest night of the year. All in all, very satisfied, and would have no problem recommending this company.

The work was completed well within the time advised. The engineers, Max and Matthew, were very pleasant and helpfulful; they left my kitchen very clean and tidy. The whole process went very smoothly to plan, including the initial visit to create the job and the quote.

Just completed the installation of 3no replacement radiators and boiler service. Have used Morland and Martin for a number of years and I have always been delighted with the service, standard of workmanship, and the professional manner in which all enquires are handled. The work on this occasion was carried out by Frank and a third-year apprentice, great to hear someone with so much knowledge of his trade passing it onto the next generation of tradesmen, an exceptional standard of work, no mess, would recommend this company for all heating and plumbing requirements.

I am delighted with the installation of my downstairs toilet. An excellent job from Gordon, Mathew, Frank and the joiner. They were a reliable team and turned up when they said they would. The team was hardworking, polite and very willing to discuss and solve any problems which arose along the way. And when the day's work was over, the place was left clean and tidy.
