Morland and Martin are a family company and have been since 1981, so if you’re in need of a Plumber we have engineers qualified and certified in all aspects of Commercial and Domestic plumbing and heating works.
We complete all types of plumbing, and work for individual owners and property agents, lawyers, solicitors, estate and lettings agencies, Church of Scotland, high street stores, Historic Scotland, landowners and estates, disabled / medical sector and many more. We cover the Central belt of Scotland including; Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stirling, Dunblane, Gleneagles, West Lothian, Corstorphine and Cumbernauld.
All work is covered by a 12 month labour guarantee in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties.
As Worcester Accredited Installers we are now able to fit boilers with up to a 12 year guarantee and have Finance Options available on all Worcester boilers inc Interest Free Credit (0% APR) with up to 2 years to pay and Flexible Payments (9.9% APR) with up to 10 years to pay.

I have been a customer of Morland & Martin since 1982 and over the years have found them to be honest, reliable, trustworthy, helpful and totally competent. This project proved them to be no different. Before any work was agreed, Ross made a home visit to check that the proposed boiler and its installation was the correct choice. Work was done to agreed schedule and cost. David arrived before allotted time which allowed him to download items from the van and start work spot on the hour arranged. He couldn't have been more helpful - answering all my queries and concerns with patience and respect. Work was completed within 7 hours and all rubbish and old pipe etc removed leaving a pristine utility room. Excellent job. Well done.

Matt & Gordon removed our bath and installed a double width shower tray, wetwall and new shower. Their work is excellent and they left the place cleaner than it was before they arrived! Minimal disruption and fast, efficient work. Would highly recommend!

Organising getting the new boiler was quick and easy. Back office staff booked an appointment time and the guys turned up exactly as planned! The workmen were friendly and professional (and obviously very knowledgeable), got on with their work and left the house exactly as they found it. I would 100% recommend!

The Morland and Martin team undertook the replacement of our small upstairs shower room during the run up to Christmas 2024. The work undertaken included removing the existing WC, shower, and hand basin and replacing it with a whole new suite including a new electric shower. This included plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing and electrical work all of which were carried out to a very high standard. The attention to detail was excellent including providing a protective floor covering throughout the work area (from front door all the way upstairs) and also daily tidying up, which allowed us to still be able to move around freely. We were impressed by the way that the team worked together and the seamless way in which the tradespeople were always in the right place at the right time to ensure that the work was completed on time. Special thanks to Gordon and the rest of the team for a great job well done, we would have no hesitation in recommending Morland and Martin.

Morland & Martin fitted a replacement boiler and hot water cylinder in our house and did a great job. The work involved installing the boiler in our garage and the cylinder in our top floor cupboard. It was done to a high standard, met our requirements in full, and was done to schedule and budget. There was little or no mess and the team always tidied up. Overall, our experience with Morland & Martin from initial visit to final installation has been excellent.

This company is the only company in my area that acted professionally in my area. Came out to review the work and discuss options when the said they would. Fantastic service as always. Frank and Kennan came in to install new units and toilet in our bathroom. Both were extremely friendly and professional. Frank advised us on modifications to our original plans which greatly enhanced the overall finish. The installation was completed to an extremely high standard and we are delighted with the result. All rubbish taken away and place left spotless. Would have no hesitation in recommending Morland and Martin.

Received quote visit from Ross, Morland & Martin Plumbing & Heating Ltd, for replacement shower doors/frame (runners on old door failed). Work subsequently completed by Frank & Martin on schedule & within quote. High quality product & similarly high quality finish: doors smooth & quiet running, lovely smooth silicone finish all around. Frank & Martin are charming blokes, polite, professional & efficient. They cleaned up well, too, at the end.
