Morris Plumbing and Heating recently replaced our old, floor-standing open-flue gas boiler with a new wall-hung Worcester Bosch 30RI Greenstar boiler. The installation also included a new Grundfoss pump, 3-way valve and a new radiator in the kitchen. The installation involved considerable work including re-routing a lot of pipework in the kitchen and blocking off the bottom of the chimney in the kitchen. From the initial quote to the installation and final tidying up and cleaning, all the work was carried out in a courteous, competent, professional manner. Carl and his colleague Chris are also very pleasant to deal with and ready to ask any questions in a timely, friendly way. We recommend Morris Plumbing and Heating without any hesitation. This company totally merits its status as a Which? Trusted Trader.

Installation of Worcester Greenstar 28CDI 2 new towel rails, Easy Control with 6 wireless TRV's. Came round to discuss the quote and came up with a cracking idea. We originally wanted to have dual towel rails i.e. electric and central heating but Karl suggested that if we had Easy Control thermostats we could set them to come on for a short while to warm the towels. It works! (and also saved us some money on installation cost. Karl also was very helpful in finding us an electrician and someone for asbestos testing. Did the work while we were away , no problems, kept us informed. Good value, neat and tidy pipework and really nice friendly guy. Would definitely recommend Karl and MPH

Carl & Chris from MPH replaced our central heating boiler with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24 RI boiler, Grundfoss pump, 3-way valve, Drayton programmer, room & tank thermostats & 7 thermostatic radiator valves. All the work was carried out promptly & at the reasonably quoted price exactly as promised in 2 days. They were very careful not to create any mess or damage & everything worked perfectly. Carl discovered that there was a problem with the gas supply to our house, so he contacted SGN who maintain the gas pipe network & after a number of visits & discussions with them, they eventually dug up the road & discovered a serious restriction in the gas supply pipe to our house, in the road. The Boiler Guarantee & Building Regulations Compliance Certificate have been provided & we are extremely pleased with the work & would recommend MPH.

Carl has been nothing but a delight to deal with from start to finish. His positive attitude, work commitment and efficiency are second to none. He was able to sort out our plumbing issues quickly and at a very reasonable cost. He also managed to source and fit a Quooker tap system...all of this during these very strange times. Carl is quick to respond to messages and arrives when he says he will. I honestly could not recommend him enough.

Carl and Chris professional supplied and fitted a brand-new Worcestershire Bosch combi boiler, replacing my 33-year-old system boiler. Extremely happy with the finished job and would whole heartily recommend Carl and Chris. It’s a big investment replacing a boiler and trusting someone to ensure they provide a quality job and value for money can be apprehensive. Really pleased I selected Morris Plumbing & Heating. Giles replaced my inset kitchen sink and the pipework/drainage related to it. The old sink was tightly wedged in and I was concerned that removal would damage the lengthy work top. Not so, though. The cleanliness of all aspects of his work, and his careful actions, have resulted in a fully functioning shiny new sink and mixer taps.
