Excellent work; quick response to initial query, clear itemised quote, and date/time to undertake work. Did a great job ( cleaning an extremely messy and large block-paved drive). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- in fact, rebooked them to do more work next month. Great job!

Ed and Amelia are not only really professional and skilled but really genuine and pleasant people to talk to. They were so nice that they even got a bacon and egg bap on us! We’ve asked them to re-bed all ridge tiles, re-point two valleys to the front Apex, replace 3 roof tiles, re-point lead flashing and bring and paint the lead flashing (front and rear). Their communication and keeping me up to date with the repairs was fantastic, they did an excellent job and never rushing to just get it done, they took their time to ensure a high quality standard. Would definitely use them again for any future roof related jobs.

I am very particular who I get to carry out work on my property. When looking for a company to rid the Moss off my roof, I had a number of quotations and started working my way through trade review sites and read all of the positive reviews on the Moss monster. I emailed requesting a quotation and the response was prompt. The quote was competitive and after speaking with Eddie on the phone, I decided the Moss monster was for me. I’m so happy with the results, the team worked hard and cleaned up any mess afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending them anyone who wants a honest, reliable company and clean job doing on their roof.

Moss Monster has done a fantastic job of cleaning the roof and soffits. Eddie’s approach from the first point of contact was outstanding, dedicated and committed. Eddie and his team worked so hard and because the cleaning was going to take longer than scheduled, they came back and finished the job without any additional payment requested and they left the exterior of the house spotless. They were efficient and conscientious of their work. A couple of tiles need replacing and I’m having Moss Monster to undertake this work in the summer. I highly recommend them:)

Moss Monster did numerous maintenance jobs on my home April 2025 on cleaning and repairing and sealing my roof, brick walls, drive and patio, and fitting new gutters and downpipes. My wife and I were delighted to find them to be punctual, courteous, intelligent, knowledgeable, communicative, diligent, hard-working, flexible, honest, fairly and competitively priced, and with enormous personal integrity, taking a genuine pride in their work and doing an excellent job in the various jobs they did on our home.
