We found Moss Monsters through Which Trusted Traders as we needed moss cleared from the roof. I phoned Eddie Perks and he came over to assess the work the next day directly from a job, so it was clear he did the work himself and spoke from experience, showing us photos to help us understand how he would work. It transpired he could also install new guttering in a section which was malfunctioning, so this was a bonus. We were given a date and agreed to a quote, after which we were sent a lot of helpful info and more photos and videos via WhatsApp, so we knew what to expect whilst the work was ongoing. It was completed on the agreed date: cost was as quoted. Eddie and his partner Anelia were so friendly and worked carefully, being attentive to health and safety both for themselves and for us. We felt very comfortable whilst they were here, and confident all was being done correctly. During the work Eddie spoke with us at various points to explain progress and whether he had noticed any issues with the roof invisible from the ground ..luckily all minor things. After cleaning, the roof was treated to prevent moss returning soon. Then Amelia cleaned all the windows and frames (uPVC) the moss was cleared away and patio washed. Our whole house and paving looked super clean as did the roof. Also the neighbour's patio was cleared of any stray debris. We were really happy with the professional way the work was done and highly recommend this company.

Eddie arranged the earliest appointment to clean our conservatory - maintained communication wrt time of arrival and lost no time in restoring our conservatory to its former gleaming cond.
