I have used Moss Monster for 2 jobs now - roof cleaning with follow up repair work and chimney repointing. I was kept updated throughout with explanations and photos. Eddie and Amelia are hardworking, courteous and want to do a good job for their customer. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Moss Monster has done a fantastic job of cleaning the roof and soffits. Eddie’s approach from the first point of contact was outstanding, dedicated and committed. Eddie and his team worked so hard and because the cleaning was going to take longer than scheduled, they came back and finished the job without any additional payment requested and they left the exterior of the house spotless. They were efficient and conscientious of their work. A couple of tiles need replacing and I’m having Moss Monster to undertake this work in the summer. I highly recommend them:)

We found Moss Monsters through Which Trusted Traders as we needed moss cleared from the roof. I phoned Eddie Perks and he came over to assess the work the next day directly from a job, so it was clear he did the work himself and spoke from experience, showing us photos to help us understand how he would work. It transpired he could also install new guttering in a section which was malfunctioning, so this was a bonus. We were given a date and agreed to a quote, after which we were sent a lot of helpful info and more photos and videos via WhatsApp, so we knew what to expect whilst the work was ongoing. It was completed on the agreed date: cost was as quoted. Eddie and his partner Anelia were so friendly and worked carefully, being attentive to health and safety both for themselves and for us. We felt very comfortable whilst they were here, and confident all was being done correctly. During the work Eddie spoke with us at various points to explain progress and whether he had noticed any issues with the roof invisible from the ground ..luckily all minor things. After cleaning, the roof was treated to prevent moss returning soon. Then Amelia cleaned all the windows and frames (uPVC) the moss was cleared away and patio washed. Our whole house and paving looked super clean as did the roof. Also the neighbour's patio was cleared of any stray debris. We were really happy with the professional way the work was done and highly recommend this company.

I am very particular who I get to carry out work on my property. When looking for a company to rid the Moss off my roof, I had a number of quotations and started working my way through trade review sites and read all of the positive reviews on the Moss monster. I emailed requesting a quotation and the response was prompt. The quote was competitive and after speaking with Eddie on the phone, I decided the Moss monster was for me. I’m so happy with the results, the team worked hard and cleaned up any mess afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending them anyone who wants a honest, reliable company and clean job doing on their roof.

Maybe in future quotes, could explain a bit more about the logistics e.g. requiring power and water potentially through house if terraced.

Found Moss Monster on Checkatrade. Communication was quick and easy with prompt return calls to voice messages. Eddie arranged the earliest appointment to clean our conservatory - maintained communication wrt time of arrival and lost no time in restoring our conservatory to its former gleaming cond. Prompt friendly and efficient service.
