Mottaghan Reid is a family-run structural timber specialist based in Staffordshire with over 36 years of experience in structural joinery.
We operate as a hands-on team of craftsmen rather than a sales-led organisation, with three generations of the Godden family working together within our Midlands-based workshop. This ensures every project is designed, managed, and delivered by the same experienced individuals responsible for its construction.
We specialise in high-quality structural timber frames, offering the strength and appearance of traditional oak framing while maintaining efficient lead times and practical costs.
Our approach is built on accountability, craftsmanship, and direct client communication. From initial consultation through to installation, clients deal directly with knowledgeable professionals who understand both the structural and practical aspects of the build.
