Jo and Rich were very considerate and helpful during the planning of our move, very accommodating and understanding as our property chain potential completion date repeatedly changed. During the 2-day remove the team led by James were very good. On packing day James, Lee and Rich did a great job, loading into 3 vans. On moving in day, James, Troy, Jonno and Stumps successfully unloaded into our new property.

I recently used Move On for the second time - for a local move and they made what can be a really stressful experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I first contacted them they were friendly and personable, and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Communication was great ahead of the move, and when they arrived the team leader talked me through the process and prepared me for the day. I chose MoveOn for my house move from Bristol to London in part because of their Which? trusted trader status. They met and exceeded my expectations. Their first survey visit was reassuring and left me feeling that the company would do whatever they could to ensure a smooth process. When removal day came James managed the team very effectively. I used their fragile packing service. All items were very carefully wrapped using tissue paper in addition to packing paper where that was felt necessary. No breakages! Their timings were accurately judged. I was surprised how quickly they managed to unload at the destination. I was very grateful that they agreed to take many items directly into my loft (which had a loft ladder and was boarded). This was just one way in which they shone out as a professional and helpful company. I'd certainly recommend them.

Move on removals and storage ltd undertook a complex move for us, from the Cairngorms in Scotland to a village on the outskirts of Truro in Cornwall, 687 miles. The arrangements upfront were very professional and supportive, fast responses to queries and arranged everything carefully as soon as we pressed the button. We had three vans, two to storage, one to Cornwall and a further detour to an auction house which was a last minute addition, easily accommodated. Prompt arrival on move day and diligent team planning to ensure the packing could happen within one day. The move team were highly efficient and very friendly, making what is a stressful event as least stressful as possible. There was complete control across the day, with all belongings carefully packed. The three vans left to plan and the rest of the move was super smooth with unpacking into storage completed on our behalf, auction delivery on time and Cornwall delivery swiftly unpacked. Above all, the whole team are great people who are exceptional at their jobs. We think the pricing was very fair and represented value for money. My experience with Move On Removals and Storage, was excellent from start to finish. My completion date took a while to be confirmed and changed a few times, but Jo was very understanding and tried to fit around me as much as possible. Any emails I sent were responded to promptly. The removal team when I moved out, and another team when I moved into my next property, were all fantastic. They were hardworking, friendly, trustworthy and professional- and on time. No situation was a problem for them, even though some of my furniture was a challenge to get out of the house! All fragile items were carefully wrapped up and protected and nothing was damaged or broken. I would very much recommend using this company to anyone.
