Top class service from Joe, Rich and James. Extremely professional and made us feel really confident and at ease. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Genuinely the best money I've ever spent! Couldn't rate them higher.

We chose MoveOn due to the excellent reviews. From the very first visit when Rich came to quote for the move I felt confident they were as professional as the reviews suggested. The whole experience throughout was professional. Then when discussing move dates and needing some flexibility etc Jo in the office was fantastic. Over the two days of the move we had a great team of guys. I can't praise them highly enough. The team leader Joe and his team were all completely professional, friendly and made the whole experience of moving so much less stressful. Everything was packed professionally and nothing was damaged. Before they left Joe walked around the new house with us checking everything was as it should be. The guys at MOR&S were awesome. Total can-do attitude, always cheerful, totally flexible and at no point we heard a "no". Your move date has not been confirmed yet? No problem, we'll keep a slot for you or try to fit you in. Your move-in date hasn't been confirmed? No problem, we'll take your stuff to the destination point and will keep in storage until you're ready to move in. Then, on the day of the move, they arrived fully kitted with all sort of paddings and wrappings - tables, chairs, pictures - everything has been carefully wrapped and cradled down the stairs. Bulky items such as beds and sofas, have been taken apart and then reassembled at the destination. Not a scratch on the wall. Everything has been loaded and unloaded, and at every step they asked us how we'd like things done. We also appreciated (the guys had to stay overnight at the source point) the workers were placed in a reasonable hotel for the night- a rare care for the employees these days, and we did not mind paying a little extra for that. So, overall, a five-star experience and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We would like to personally thank James, Jo, Richard and Joe, you've been fantastic!

Move on removals and storage ltd undertook a complex move for us, from the Cairngorms in Scotland to a village on the outskirts of Truro in Cornwall, 687 miles. The arrangements upfront were very professional and supportive, fast responses to queries and arranged everything carefully as soon as we pressed the button. We had three vans, two to storage, one to Cornwall and a further detour to an auction house which was a last minute addition, easily accommodated. Prompt arrival on move day and diligent team planning to ensure the packing could happen within one day. The move team were highly efficient and very friendly, making what is a stressful event as least stressful as possible. There was complete control across the day, with all belongings carefully packed. The three vans left to plan and the rest of the move was super smooth with unpacking into storage completed on our behalf, auction delivery on time and Cornwall delivery swiftly unpacked. Above all, the whole team are great people who are exceptional at their jobs. We think the pricing was very fair and represented value for money. The team; James, Max, Jim and Callum went above and beyond, they were all chatty and friendly and very professional, they worked impressively cohesively and even though it was tiring watching them, they never showed it to be hard work! If Callum and Jim, hadn’t stayed later to put together our bed, we would have been on the sofa as I think our energy levels died before theirs and they all definitely worked 100000x harder than us! They were clear with communication, asking where things should go, helpful with tips about unpacking and moving, honestly I cannot rave enough how good they were. From start to finish, of contacting you, to the survey, to the move, to now at the end, I am so impressed, as are my mother in law and husband!

This is a team that goes over and above to make sure everything runs smoothly. We couldn't have been more pleased or felt more safe and looked after than with Richard, Joe and the team. Jo in the office was a constant support during the never ending exchange period during several different buyers over a year!!!! I can't recommend this company highly enough, they take pride in their work and really look after the customer. I just want to say thank you for your compassion, good humor and efficiency! We were very impressed with Move on, they were recommended to us by a friend. The day went very smoothly we had 6 men helping and it went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very friendly and strong. They took the stress of the day from us and made it easy. They arrived early and told us to not worry about a thing. James explained everything about the day and gave us confidence and helped us with tips on Packing china. He was very professional and organised the team into groups.

Callum and Jason were fantastic and we could not fault them. They checked with us every step of the way where things need to be placed, anything that was valuable/fragile was handled with the upmost care. We were very impressed that just two men could move all our stuff and do it in a reasonable time, loading into the van and out at the new property. They treated the house's with respect and made sure the floors where protected and the furniture that needed it. 10/10 top job. Hopefully we will not be moving a few years now but we would highly recommend Move on, as Callum and Jason took the stress out for moving and all communication from quote to moving has been fantastic.

Absolutely amazing company, we can't recommend them enough and wouldn't use anyone else! James, Rich, Troy, Callum and Max made the moving experience as smooth and professional as it possibly could have been, working incredibly hard through the hottest day of the year. All our belongings and furniture were protected with great care and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us really helpful tips for unpacking too. The team were super friendly and made us feel really at ease, taking the stress out of the moving day experience! They were even fantastic with our dog when he tried to help! Thank you all so much!

We were so impressed with the professionalism and overall manner of the Move On team. From the initial on-site survey, to dealing with invoices and queries, all the way to the team that did the move. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, helpful and respectful. On the day Joe was leading the team and he was joined by Jim and Rich. They were very good in putting protective mats over the floors and doors, took good care of the properties and our belongings. They stayed for the whole day until everything was put in the right place, all furniture was assembled and the floors were cleared. Can’t recommend them enough, thank you.

The team were absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t fault anyone. They were engaging with our daughter and even involved her with removing the plastic off the stairs at the end. Lee, Cal, James, Rich, Max, Troy and Stumps are a credit to the business. Would highly recommend.

From the moment I first contacted them they were friendly and personable, and really made me feel like I was in good hands. You can see they have a commitment to quality service - they took great care to pack and and move all my belongings safely and efficiently and were quick to ask questions if there was any doubt. What could have been a really overwhelming experience felt like a breeze. They were so professional and reliable that I felt like I could just relax and let them handle everything. I would have no problem recommending Move On. They were the most professional, responsive and friendliest Company I have dealt with. Our installers were brilliant when assembling the Wardrobe, even taking the item back to Ikea for us when it would not fit before returning the following day to complete the assembly. Very happy with their service and would definitely use again. I even found out from one of the installers that they did not usually install items on their own as part of their service so they had in fact gone out of their way to provide this service to us!

A great group of people from start to finish. This was my third move with move on removals in 18 months. Not an easy location to move from, but the team were punctual, polite, quick, and efficient. Having used them twice before I had no reservation in booking them again. This was a longer move, but the quote was competitive and the timings flexible. The team dismantled and set up furniture which meant it was so easy for me moving myself in a couple of days later. It was lovely to see some of the same faces moving me for my final time. It was an emotional process for me, but you made it comfortable. Thank you guys.

Move On were wonderful from start to finish. Communication was brilliant I always got replies to my emails within a few hours. On the actual moving days Jason and the team were amazing. There was a delay getting into our new house but Jason was really great and knowledgeable about our rights and very patient. I’m so glad we opted for the packing and dismantling service as well because otherwise it would’ve taken us weeks to rebuild all the furniture on our own with small children. We will definitely use Move On again when we next move.
