I would not hesitate to recommend this company to take care of your removals. They are professional, reliable, fairly priced, hard working and extremely good at what they do. I can not thank them enough for the fantastic service they provided with my move from Bristol to Surrey.

Move on Removals came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. The team were friendly and professional throughout. We were moving across the country and they took great care with our belongings. We packed the majority of our own boxes, but Move On Removals were on hand to support with materials and support as required. On move day they arrived promptly and helped us in dismantling our few remaining pieces of furniture. When we arrived at our new home they made sure everything was where we wanted it. I would use Move On Removals again without hesitation.

When I was notified that I had 2.5 months to find new lodgings ; I broke down. I have a couple of good friends, but no family here, and am single with a dog and wanted to stay in central BRISTOL. As soon as I finished speaking with “Move On”, I felt I had a support that would facilitate my move and emotional support. From the start, they were incredibly accommodating, efficient, took all of my calls with endless patience, and came to my home and spent 2 hours assessing the amount of boxes I would need and even did a video call with me when I had more questions. I am so lucky and grateful to have found this company by chance. They are a small-owned company and very careful with whom they hire, and therefore everyone knew who I was and I never had to go through customer service or waiting online to speak with someone. Great, professional movers and so so so careful with everything so as not to scratch floors and even put mattress in sealed plastic bag. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I don’t know what I would have done without “Move On.” They deliver 100% on what they say they will do and then more. Thank you so very much for support. I would never use another company.

I'm really grateful for Move On’s help with my move. I was especially impressed with how well the team got large items out of my tiny flat and how miraculously they packed things in my storage unit. The work was done on time at the cost quoted, and the whole team was communicative throughout. Their friendly approach made a stressful move easier.

We can't thank the move on team enough. Very professional from beginning to end. We moved from Bristol to Shropshire. The team gave us great advice on how to pack and get organised. The day and budget was on schedule. They packed one Van the day before the move and the rest on the day, so already to leave early. It was a hot day and the team waited patiently for everything to go through. Once we got the keys the team took no time to unload and put everything in the right rooms. A very well organised day and one less thing for us to worry about. Would definitely recommend this company.

We chose to use Move On Removals for our move last week as we were recommended them through a family friend and they really did not disappoint. Initially, Jo and Rich were super helpful during the quote stage and getting all the materials we needed beforehand. Then, on the day of the move, Callum and the team (sorry we didn’t get all the names of the guys) were incredible. They were quick, efficient and super diligent (especially on a very hot day). No damages at all and everything was put where we requested with care and attention. We really cannot recommend them enough and would definitely use them again for any future moves!

Fantastic service from everyone at the Move On team - from my first enquiry with Jo through to the guys who moved my house contents into storage and back again - James and Lorenzo. Nothing was too much of a problem - really considerate with all of our possessions and where we had big bulky items they very carefully wrapped and unwrapped them. Completely unreservedly would recommend!

I don’t often write reviews but the service I received from James, Rich & Marc yesterday was exceptional. From the moment they arrived they were efficient, effective and I knew they would stay until the job was done (they were still unloading boxes in the dark due to a delay releasing the keys) My experience of moving has taken 10 months, stress and a lot of determination but the guys couldn’t have done more to support me on the day. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were exceptional - the day before the move when they packed most of my items for me, they deliberately didn’t pack my alarm clock in case I needed it for the following morning. It’s not often you see service like this, so it’s important to recognise it. Thank you James, Rich and Marc - professional, friendly and genuinely wonderful people for whom nothing is too much trouble.

I was recommended 'Move On' by my estate agent, as I was in search of a reliable company who would take great care of precious furniture and belongings. I am so glad I chose this company - I really could not have asked for better! From the initial visit and quote to the last day itself - it was like clockwork. They used 5 small vans - much better than the huge vans that struggle in small cul-de-sacs, or finding somewhere to park. Everything was meticulously wrapped and handled with great care. The team were exceptionally well organised - and you couldn't wish for a nicer set of people - they were really kind, thoughtful and friendly - there was no rush or pressure, all very patient and understanding. The office/admin staff were lovely too - always helpful and friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. All in all - this company and the excellent team made what could have been a very stressful day, into a fun, calm and positive experience that I will always look back on with enjoyment! I highly recommend this amazing company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to in the future. Jo and Rich were very considerate and helpful during the planning of our move, very accommodating and understanding as our property chain potential completion date repeatedly changed. During the 2-day remove the team led by James were very good. On packing day James, Lee and Rich did a great job, loading into 3 vans. On moving in day, James, Troy, Jonno and Stumps successfully unloaded into our new property.

Very pleased that we chose Move On, they were excellent from the get go. Throughout the process they were incredibly courteous and professional, as well as very patient with changes to dates. On the day the team arrived on time, everyone took off their work boots (loved this) before introductions and walk through of the house with me. The house was covered in protective wrap and fabric barriers ensuring no scuffs or bumps. Apart from the house we had a lot of plants and trees to move, everything arrived intact. At the other end, the house was once again covered in protective wrap before everything being put in place. During the move the cable to the fridge freezer was damaged. They immediately put a fix in place before sending through the manufacturer details. Once the repair is complete, Move on will reimburse me. I’m very impressed by the honesty and level of service.

I simply cannot recommend this company enough, the level and quality of service was superlative. Nothing was to much for the team that relocated my family home. Lee, James, Rich, Max, James & Jon were amazing. Thank you

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Rich came for a walk of the house and talked us through how they would safely pack everything away. Asked us which furniture would need to be taken apart and reassembled. Even took model number of the large fridge so they could look up how the doors came off ahead of moving day. They split the move across 2 days which ended up being a really smart move as we had 4 vans of stuff. On the first day Callum did a walk around with us and asked what we'd like to keep overnight and marked it all. Then spent the day loading up majority of the boxes/furnishings. Day 2 they had the rest of the house packed up and ready to go by 11am which included taking apart 2 bed frames, a sofa and the doors off a fridge. We received keys for the new house at around 1:30 and everything was unloaded and furniture assembled by 6pm. The hard work by all the movers(Callum, Troy, Lee and 2 others who's names escape me) made the day go by without any stress. Would be happy to use them again or recommend to friends.

My partner and I used Move On Removals twice last year, I sold my property which included putting my stuff in storage, and then we purchased a property together. From the very beginning we were extremely impressed with Move On Removals. Communication was great from the start. We used the full packing service and they come to your house to give you a quote which we found very helpful. The whole process very transparent. On the day of both moves we found the removal people to be very efficient, friendly and hard working throughout. Everyone was great but Lee was especially helpful and made everything run smoothly. Hopefully we will not be but we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

This is the second time that we have worked with Richard and his team and they were absolutely fantastic. Due to covid safety measures we were not there when they removed everything from our property but we had regular updates and photos showing everything being protected and the property being left spotless when they left. I found the idea of not being there a bit daunting, but they are so professional and brilliant at what they do that it made the whole experience stress-free. They were also absolutely amazing at fitting all our furniture into a small place, I couldn't see how it was all going to fit, but they made it fit perfectly and wrapped up items in protective wrapping as well. We will definitely be using them again when we move again in August!

We've enlisted the services of Move On Removals and storage and we can't be happier with our choices as we had received excellent service from the start to finish. From our first call with Jo to get the quote to finally move with Richard and Aidan. They have moved our stuff with utmost care and efficiency. The whole process was made really easy from the visit to check how much to move to the efficient, respectful conveying everything to the Move On van to then unloading at the other end. And everything was handled very respectfully and carefully so that nothing was damaged in transit. Huge appreciation for making a huge move very easy & effortless. I was so anxious about moving house and trying to find a removal company. Move On were recommended to me by a friend and I felt so much better after initial contact with Jo in the office. It was all made so easy. All correspondence to Move On was really quick to respond. Quotes were easy to understand and on move day it was so organised and efficient I could just step back and let the chaps get on with it. All were really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble to assist me. I've already recommended to a friend and would use them again.

The MoveOn Removals team were great from start to finish. Any queries in the build up to the move were answered by the team at the office promptly. The quote was tailored to our move at a reasonable price, alongside a price list for extra items such as boxes and tape. The team on the day of the move were friendly and considerate of our belongings, taking time when shifting items. The team returned when it suited us to collect any unused boxes which was really helpful, going the extra mile. Recently used for a move from a masionette flat to townhouse with lots of stairs at each end, and very hot weather, and the team were great, really friendly blokes even after a long wait to get the keys, would definitely recommend using this company

I chose Move On because I prefer to use family firms. I am so glad I did because they could not have been better. From my first enquiry to the final removal of the emptied boxes everyone was charming and helpful. It was clear that theirs is a happy working team and for me it was a pleasure to have them do the move. They were punctual, worked quickly and wrapped everything very well; both the move out and the move in presented difficulties because of the layout of the buildings – this was all dealt with great good humour. I will wholeheartedly recommend Move On to anyone I know who will be moving.
