James, Callum, Joe, Rich L, Geoff, Marc and Jim were all part of the team that carried out our complex move over a period of 3 days. We had the packing and removal service. The packing was efficient and once done, a walk-through was carried out to ensure nothing had been missed/overlooked. The removal and van unpacking was carried out with care and they checked with us where items needed to go which really helped us to unpack the boxes quickly and begin to settle in. Everyone worked tirelessly and even stayed on longer than expected to complete the van clearance. Thanks to everyone at Move On for your fantastic customer service from the first visit, in the admin team and the frontline staff for a brilliant and stress free moving experience. We will recommend you to our friends and family.

We recently moved from our flat in North London to our new home in South London. Removals and storage experts were fantastic from start to finish. Particularly Kian and Milosz who helped us move ok the day. Very efficient, careful and communicative. The move went so smoothly I couldn't recommend them enough.

We chose Move on from the recommendations of friends. From my first call to Jo in the office, I was struck by the warmth and professionalism of the company. We were 'pencilled in' and they came as promised. I must mention Joe and Richard on Day 1 were amazing followed by Joe, Lee, Jeff, Jim and James on Day 2. They all were friendly and efficient. As the work progressed we were included in discussions. The house and property were treated with the greatest respect at all times. The whole job was in budget with no time wasted. I highly recommend this Company that works to the highest standards.

Absolutely AMAZING service! Right from the get go with Jo and then Rich coming out to my house to do the survey! So kind and professional and they Absolutely went above and beyond. I had James and Marc come out to do my removals and they were 10/10! Nothing was to big or small for them! They were so professional and made sure that all of my furniture was properly packaged and stored once we got to the storage facility! They took time and care and I honestly cannot thank them enough. I would 1 billion percent be using them again to take removal my items out of storage to my new property. I highly recommend them, please do not hesitate to contact them. I chose MoveOn for my house move from Bristol to London in part because of their Which? trusted trader status. They met and exceeded my expectations. Their first survey visit was reassuring and left me feeling that the company would do whatever they could to ensure a smooth process. When removal day came James managed the team very effectively. I used their fragile packing service. All items were very carefully wrapped using tissue paper in addition to packing paper where that was felt necessary. No breakages! Their timings were accurately judged. I was surprised how quickly they managed to unload at the destination. I was very grateful that they agreed to take many items directly into my loft (which had a loft ladder and was boarded). This was just one way in which they shone out as a professional and helpful company. I'd certainly recommend them.

Seb and James were moving our neighbours and this included moving some of their furniture into our house. They were very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was one of calm professionalism.

We used Move On's full packing and moving service. The team worked really hard and kept a great attitude throughout, despite a few challenges and long hours. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and good humoured, which makes such a difference to the vibe of an otherwise rather stressful experience. It's a fantastic service and worth every penny!

Move On Removals were fantastic and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Right from the outset they really wanted to know what was important to us regarding our move. They were completely unflappable when we had to keep reviewing availability dates, and they were so accommodating. On the days of the move itself, the whole team could not have been more professional but also always friendly and understanding. Everything that needed specific handling was protected and walkways/stairs etc were covered, with result that nothing was damaged in any way. It must be about as good as a house removal gets. Thoroughly recommended.

The team was very obliging and everyone worked their socks off to get everything shifted before the sun sank below the horizon. Highly recommended.

We were recommended Move On by a friend. James came to our house and was very informative and helped us a lot . He suggested how to pack china and gave us tips. Richard came along and helped on the day and checked all was well, we were very impressed. On the day 5 strong men arrived and they worked so well and told us not to worry about a thing. They were business like , friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing was damaged or broken and it all went very well. We have recommended them to others since as they are very good.

Jo was really helpful during a long and drawn-out moving process. The removal team were approachable, patient and fun. Lee, Troy, Ger, Max, Richard and Callum made the move day enjoyable as they were all hardworking, efficient yet relaxed. There was no damage to any items. A mark on an old flaking wall was repaired promptly with no fuss. The quote was competitive and didn't change a year later when we finally moved. We would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

The team that moved us from Bristol to Devon were excellent. On time, worked flat out and took great care with our possessions; nothing was too much trouble. The company provided the cheapest quote with no hidden extras, and came up with the most sensible strategy to handle our move. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a complex move from London to Bristol that included splitting contents between rented property and storage. It was something of a leap of faith. I only had internet and Which to guide me as it isn't an everyday request. We also had some delicate and precious items that needed extra TLC. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention to detail that Richard and the team took. We started the week as strangers and ended it as friends. The delicate items were duly pampered; beds and wardrobes were dismantled then reassembled in the rental property; the guys worked incredibly long hours to make sure that all was delivered / stored as prescribed. They dealt brilliantly with unforeseen logistical hurdles. Once it was all over, we looked back on the engagement as something where our expectations were surpassed. As a result I would have no hesitation in recommending Move On for a short or long haul move.

If you do one thing when you move home, use these guys. Honestly, they made the day the easiest we've ever experienced. They were recommended by friends, and we would 100% recommend too. Professional, considerate (doors etc all covered and protected when moving furniture), efficient, and super friendly too!

Fantastic from start to finish. Communication was thorough and any queries were quickly responded to by Jo. Rich was lovely and managed tight corners with speed and care. He knew the right way, straight away. Whilst the price was a little steeper than our usual choices in the past, it was worth it for the additional care that Move On Removals provide for fragile items (we had a custom water piped PC amongst other large and fragile peripherals) and their insurance coverage contained in the price. Additionally, they knew our budget was a little tight so adjustments were made to bring the price down as much as they could; a welcome and considerate surprise! 4/5 on Quality because: Two items were missed and were left in the communal hallway of our old apartment complex (2 fold up garden chairs). Other than that, spectacular service and they made our move such a breeze. Huge stress off our shoulders. Thank you guys!

Moving house is a worrying adventure, especially when you are older and have collected so much stuff in your life. MoveOn seemed to intuitively understand this and Jo in the office was always helpful and Callum and then Lee and Troy who actually did the heavy lifting were very professional, laid down temporary carpet/walkways to ensure that the place and the boxes didn't suffer from the rain. Yes the only day it rained in the whole month was the day I moved. They delivered to two addresses which included daughter's stuff to my ex-wife and then to mine. Good job and thank you.

I have used move on removals in the past, and could not see any reason why I shouldn’t use them again. Fast Efficient and friendly service, with an eye for detail on packaging the products, and my precious heirlooms on their truck. Richard and his team work well together.

Very professional people, arrived on time, polite and courteous nothing too much trouble. Would use again and recommend to anyone needing a removal company that is reliable.

If you were to see the photos, they say it all; the move caused significant damage to our goods and property and created undue stress and anxiety. We received no meaningful support during or after the move and felt far from the promised "exclusive level of service." Adding to our frustration, we have since discovered further damaged and missing items after submitting the insurance claim, which we will now have to replace. The cost to replace damaged goods with new was over 5k; the insurance claim accounts for depreciation, so fell far short of that. During the move, it was evident that the team was unprepared. They failed to pack three vans on the first day as agreed, despite us expressing concerns about the importance of leaving on time due to challenges with our buyers. This resulted in us departing over two hours late, with the buyers waiting on the driveway as goods were hurriedly thrown into the van. Consequently, we arrived at our new house at 10 pm, leaving little time for the team to unpack carefully. The rushed and incomplete unpacking speaks for itself through the damage documented in photos. In the end, we agreed for the team to leave, as they were clearly exhausted and eager to return, leaving the job unfinished. This experience has fallen far short of the standards this company promises, and we are now left to deal with the consequences.
