The service received from all the team at Moving Mountains has been first-rate throughout the whole process. Zane promptly replied to our queries and provided a clear and comprehensive quote. We had quite a lot of stuff to move from Epsom to Suffolk. Tom and the team of packers and movers were brilliant. Stuff from the garage & loft was packed up a week before the move and taken into storage. Tom, Ganesh and Elvis did an excellent job in packing up breakables & small items. There were also some pretty heavy items to move - three large filing cabinets and a cross-trainer machine. All moved to our new house without any issues or problems. Furniture which was dismantled was all put back together at the new property. Communication from Zane and Tom throughout was excellent - e.g. texting in advance to say when delivery of stored items was due to happen. Both my wife and I would like to thank Tom and his team for the very efficient, speedy and cheerful way they went about the move. They made a potentially stressful process go very smoothly.

I decided to use Moving Mountains on the recommendation of family members that had used their service. I opted for the packing service, which was definitely great value for money. All items were packed professionally and nothing was damaged. I liked their environmental credentials and opted to use second hand boxes for a reduced cost. After disassembling my furniture, they then made sure I was happy with where it was placed and reassembled everything in my new property. All boxes were placed in rooms of my request as well. All in all I was very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate using them again for my next move.

This was our fourth move in less than 6 years and was by far the best experience we've had. Moving house is widely believed to be one of the most stressful experiences you can ever go through, and our own experiences of previous moves made for a sense of genuine foreboding as we began the search for a removals firm to help us move 60 miles from Surrey to Kent. In December I was making a major two hundred and fifty mile move from a three-bed flat in London to a three-bed bungalow in West Wales. Prior to the move I received many leaflets in the post from removal companies and was quite daunted about which company to choose. I decided to see what removal companies Which recommended, and I am so pleased that I did. I read all the reviews for the local companies on the Which website and made my final selection to get quotes. Of all the companies Moving Mountains Removals impressed me the most in terms of professionalism, communication, approachability and price. The admin side was superb; from the first email to deposit to the final payment. The site visit was professional yet friendly and on the day itself, the boys arrived punctually, worked incredibly hard and suffered inclement weather but were an absolute joy to be around. This was a two-day job and so my furniture was delivered in Wales the following morning just as Storm Bara hit. Absolutely soaked themselves, they endeavoured to make sure my furniture remained dry and each piece was looked after and carefully taken into my new home and placed where it was meant to be. In conclusion, I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone and would have no hesitation in using them again. Five stars all the way and one hundred percent satisfaction from me.

We had gold star service from all the team at Moving Mountains. We were downsizing from a townhouse to an apartment and moving just before Christmas with some last-minute delays in the exchange and completion dates. We were particularly grateful for the kindness and understanding of all the team to our particular needs as ‘Senior’ clients as we tried to navigate the challenges of moving at this time of year and at our age. The whole process of packing and moving was a good experience and certainly matched the best practice of any of our previous moves. We first contacted We Move Mountains in early 2021 to help our house move and storage. We were slightly unusual in that we needed the majority of stuff to go into storage but some to be moved to a temporary house as our main house would not be ready till December 2021. From our first discussion with Zane in the office, everything moved very seamlessly with clarity on costs for the exact services that we were requiring as well as them fitting in with the different facets of our move and providing us with a storage facility for our needs. For our move, Tom led his team brilliantly throughout, turning up on time and loading and packing all the stuff we had into their vans over a couple of days. We ended up not needing one part of the move which they kindly refunded us for, which they did not need to do but a sign of the brilliant service they gave throughout. All of our stuff was handled securely and safely throughout. Once the initial move was done, our storage facility was confirmed and invoiced through We Move Mountains monthly. When it came time to move into our new house, Zane handled all the organising brilliantly and also set up an unpacking service for us. On the days of the move, all the timings were clearly given and Tom, James & Henry then handled everything for us over two days, providing great service and finishing early. Again, they treated everything safely and securely, responded to whatever we required and refunded the time we did not use. Amazing service!

Moving Mountains is beyond amazing. They agreed to do our move on super short notice. The booking process was clear and friendly. The team were completely professional and polite throughout the process - planning, packing, loading and unloading. They were respectful and worked with us to understand which things went to storage and which to the new house. They were always patient and hard-working, dealing with a stressful situation yet remaining calm as zen monks. Tricky corners and awkward curves were negotiated with collaboration and an expert sense of space. The team went over and above for us, collecting our new keys in a last-minute crunch and never losing their sense of humour, even when unloading in heavy rain. Moving Mountains were super organised from the moment I contacted them for a quote through to completion of the work. Zane organised everything efficiently, they addressed all my queries, and communications were excellent throughout. On the day of the move they turned up on time and were reliable and professional in loading up, transporting and unpacking. Overall this helped to massively reduce the stress of the move. We move mountains were excellent. Communication was really easy via email, phone and WhatsApp. Invoicing was really straightforward. No hidden insurance charges or anything else. They were also really upfront about being flexible. We weren't sure if we were going to need storage for example. It turned out we didn't. thee am were faster than expected and didn't have to travel as far. Without me asking, my invoice was reduced significantly. I would highly recommend We move mountains. I Had a great experience using Moving Mountains. I have never used packers and movers before but it really was worth every penny, and recycled cardboard box! Zane my first point of contact, she explained the whole process to me and was always available with answers to my questions, she made me feel confident I had made the right choice. On the day of the move Tom and his team arrived exactly on time, they packed up my flat quickly and also collected items from a storage unit. They handled everything with care as if it were their own. Certain items had to be dismantled and were reassembled in the new property. The whole process took less time than I expected. I have now unpacked and all the boxes which have been collected by Tom to be recycled, this made by bill even cheaper. I would highly recommend them for your next move. Moving Mountains were efficient and professional from start to finish. A very thorough inspection pre move ensured the quote was accurate and there were plenty of boxes . Everything was beautifully packed, zero breakage and thoughtfully placed upon arrival in the new property. The moving team were incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly; it really made a huge difference on such a stressful day. Zane was very accommodating, considering how busy the end of June was for all movers, she still managed to accommodate me even when my date changed at the last minute. Thank you all so much!

I can’t thank these guys enough. I contacted asking for a quote, sent a quick walkthrough video of our property and within a few days we received a very competitive quote. Before accepting we had a few conveyancing issues but thankfully Zane had plenty patience and flexibility for us. On moving day the guys arrived bang on time. The weather was atrocious however they placed protective covering throughout our flat to keep it as clean as possible. They made short work of our belongings, swiftly and professionally loading our things. We had an unexpected issue whereby a door and door frame needed to be removed for access. Taking it in their stride they had the door off in about 5mins. We would have panicked, caused damage and no doubt made a huge mess but they have the expertise to conduct such work safely and all without extra charge! The guys on the day were thoroughly professional, prompt, have a can do - common sense approach who can problem solve on the go and were good humoured. Moving Mountains were quick to respond to queries and gave a very reasonable quote for the full packing service including furniture being taken down and put back up. Zane was really friendly and helpful throughout, even arranging the parking permits for us in our street. The team arrived promptly and completed packing down by 2pm. On the day of the move 4 guys were very quick to get everything out and into the van, they put the stuff up in our new house so quickly without any mess and were done by around 3pm. We would definitely recommend MM and would use them again for sure.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. My recent large house move from London to Brighton had been plagued by issues. However, Moving Mountains restored my faith in people. From the initial contact, Zane was professional but also kind and helpful. The quote was also very competitive. And on the day Tom and his team of guys were all kind, friendly, fast, efficient and made me feel calm about the move. Not one item was broken and no walls or doorways were damaged. They cleared my 5 bed house in 2.5 hours and put all boxes and built furniture in all the new rooms in the new house in 2 hours. They even moved a couple of items when I changed my mind about which room I wanted them in. They really are a 5 star service in every way.

The best removal company I've ever used. We needed to move our 4 bedroom house in April. Efficient and fast reply to emails and easy process, great price, boxes delivered with plenty of wrapping. The guys on the day were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and fast at packing the vans. Anything that needed dismantling was completed perfectly with no fuss and reassembled. Boxes were collected the week after. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and in fact, I have been!

Moving Mountains dealt graciously, accurately, and kindly with a quote for our household move from Wiltshire to London. They were on time, kept me updated, expressed only mild concern when I was 40 minutes late meeting them. They delivered a complex set of furniture and art, extracting a set of moth-riddled chairs, whilst protecting the rest of the load. It was a gruelling dry hot day, yet they worked without one single complaint. No whining or blaming others, though they made not a single mistake or mark. They worked steadily, tirelessly, yet took care of themselves by drinking water on a sweltering day. Consistently they asked me where I wanted things placed and carefully checked it was just so. They carried out cardboard boxes as our friends and family emptied them like gannets. Tom had a bag of tools to reassemble beds, hang cordless vacuum, fix loose handles. Hermione Grainger would be envious of this handy bag. Zane processed paperwork to ensure we had an insured, accurate contract. Her aftercare call was marked by her typical close listening, and confirming what we agreed. Moving Mountains understands that house moves involve wallops of cash flow. They invoiced me the second half of the fees two weeks after our move. Moving Mountains offered the most competitive rates I found in 20 years in the UK, US, Europe. This business is a treasure. You do not need a mythical hero or a magical wand to move safely.

Zane and his team were excellent throughout from providing the initial quote through to the moving day itself. Communication was excellent and I always felt like everything was in hand and taken care of. On the day, Tom and team were brilliant. All items were packed, moved and delivered with care including some of my most treasured items: a record player, vinyl collection, an electric piano, a handmade guitar and around 20 houseplants!
