Our boiler decided to stop working, and despite some attempts, we could not get it going. Gerard kindly popped in on the day to have a Quick Look. It needed a repair, but Gerard was able to get it going at a low level until he was able to return within a few days to fix it. He kept in touch and came on time, and sorted out the issue in a few hours. Very happy with the work done, which was completed with no fuss, and we will definitely call on Gerard in the future should we need to.

Gerard is a friendly, knowledgeable and diligent person who will explain the job, clearly lay out options and go the extra-mile to solve the problem properly. He's conscientious and the price has always seemed fair. He installed our boiler 8 years ago and moved it into the loft. The job then was tidy and done quickly. With annual servicing, we never had any problems with it. We recently moved house and discovered the heating system didn't work, and Gerard responded quickly to inspect and repair it. Over the years he has always been happy to provide advice on issues and has just been very helpful. Just a genuinely lovely guy who's good at his job so we'd definitely recommend him.

Gerard identified the issues re our faulty radiator valve and returned the following week with the correct parts. After fitting the new valve without mess he checked all our other radiators were working correctly.

During a thorough inspection, Gerard identified a defective valve causing a leak from my tundish. Additionally, he noticed that the expansion tank bladders were ruptured. Gerard promptly sourced two replacements, enabling me to pick them up directly from the supplier and fitted them the next day. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, and professional individual committed to delivering excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will certainly use his services again.

Gerard and Matt replaced my old boiler, took away the loft tank and hot water cylinder and upgraded some of my old radiators.
