My mum, who lives with me, has dementia, and Gerard was so careful and considerate. We discussed everything, he explained all the options of how to do the work with as little disruption as possible and put her needs first. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently, and everything was left very neat and tidy and working perfectly. I highly recommend GTI Heating, and would definitely use him again.

During a thorough inspection, Gerard identified a defective valve causing a leak from my tundish. Additionally, he noticed that the expansion tank bladders were ruptured. Gerard promptly sourced two replacements, enabling me to pick them up directly from the supplier and fitted them the next day. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, and professional individual committed to delivering excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will certainly use his services again.

Gerard carried a review of my central heating boiler and made suggestions. He then carried out a full service promptly and efficiently. Due to a mixup we managed to get an air lock in the fuel line which he rectified the following day working late.Thouroughly recommended.
