Our elderly combi boiler failed beyond economic repair in bitterly cold weather at the end of January, and we were fortunate enough to choose MS Heating & Plumbing on the basis of Which? reviews. Zeb, Paul, Hussain and MJ replaced it with a Worcester Bosch combi by Feb 7th. They fitted it in a better position, which involved a lot of pipework changeing under the bathroom floor, put new valves on all radiators, flushed the system, fitted plasterboard around the boiler and made good the flooring and external wall. They worked very conscientiously and skillfully, making every effort to be clean and tidy, and happily explained what was being done. At the end we were patiently shown how to operate the new system. We wish we had found this firm when we had the bathroom done not too long ago - it would have been an infinitely better job. MS Heating & Plumbing are really hardworking, highly skilled, punctual, trustworthy and friendly people, and we will turn to them for all future work. If only all traders were like this.
