I have been in construction industry for 30 years and not seen a nicer job than what MSC installed, pipe work was a work of art , friendly and professional

Installed a heat pump, radiators, water tank; essentially the works. Cleared up too..and were pleasant, competent (very), showed us what to do (and not do). Are coming back to put in the antifreeze. Reused some of the radiators, but mostly put in new bigger ones. We were very tight for time, which meant they worked long hours without complaint.

Martin replied immediately to my inquiry for a ground source heat pump. On his first visit he advised on siting plant room and a suitable system , he gave me contact details for heat loss report and a borehole engineer , both of which completed their work on time and to a high standard. He also managed to liaise with my builder to get all required ground works done to Kensa specs. The quote was reasonable and adhered to . The work didn't take many days but they were long days ! . What really impressed me was the standard of workmanship of the plumbing . Martin also sorted out the BUS grant and deleted it from my invoice even though it took a long time for him to get paid. He has been in touch since to make sure everything was working correctly and that I was completely satisfied . In summary ; nice bloke , does what he says ,on time , to a high standard . Highly recommended .

Martin and Jamie installed a Samsung Air Source Heat pump for us, moved our hot water tank location, all done with a smile and expertise. Highly recommended.

Moving from a Gas Boiler to an Air Source Heat Pump central heating system seemed like a big step. Martin of MSC Heating was tireless in answering all the questions I had. He arranged a visit to a local home where he had carried out an Air Source Heat Pump installation. Our new system was installed professionally, on budget, and is working well. Martin also arranged an upgrade to our Solar System to complement the Heat Pump. Martin always answers telephone calls and provides ongoing support. I recommend MSC Heating.

Installed my air source heat pump and replaced most of my radiators. Very, very quick, clean, and efficient. Whole thing was done much quicker than I thought it would be with barely any evidence anyone had been there. They even found a problem the previous owner had left with my pipework and fixed it for me! Top guys.

We had a hybrid system, consisting of an air source heat pump ( Samsung R32 Generation) and oil boiler, installed by MSC heating to replace our ageing oil boiler. The hybrid system was required due to the size of our home. From the initial proposal through to installation, Martin provided an excellent service, keeping us fully informed and clearly answering all our questions. Martin also supported us in completing the RHI application which went through with no issues. MSC Heating were very professional and did a great job with the installation, ensuring that everything was working as it should be and always clearing up before they left for the day The heat pump has been in place a few months now and is working well with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin and the team at MSC Heating.

I was introduced to Martin as a result of my initial enquiry with Kensa. From beginning to end of the project Martin kept me fully informed about progress. He was always happy to discuss technical details to ensure I got exactly the system I wanted. Unfortunately, we had some issues with a driller (not Martin's fault) which took some time to resolve. This caused serious delays and inconvenience to both Martin and I. However, when resolved (by finding another borehole driller - easier said than done at the time!) he and Jamie "pulled out all the stops" to ensure the project was finished in time to meet the RHI deadline. They worked long days in cold conditions to get the job done and all work was carried out to a very high standard. Martin and Jamie clearly take a pride in what they do. Once the system was commissioned Martin took me through the RHI application process, which was completed successfully. I am very pleased with the system which has now been running for a few weeks and is performing well.

I am very happy with the heat pump and tank that Martin installed. The house is always warm. I was worried about using a heat pump instead of oil but I am glad I went ahead with it. Martin was good value and got everything sorted.

MSC recently installed an air source heat pump for us and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we began to discuss the installation with him it was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about and was extremely professional, as well as taking the time to explain anything we were unclear about. The installation itself was really fast - we were really impressed with how hard he and his colleague worked while they were here (especially as it was in the depths of December, so was pretty cold and dark outside). Both were lovely men and were a real pleasure to have in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MSC Heating - and we hope they can come back to install our underfloor heating later this year!

The heat pump and associated equipment was installed with great precision. The amount of energy required to provide heating in our house has declined by around 70% as a result of the installation. This is despite the fact that our house was built in 1966 and has no special insulation measures apart from cavity wall and 370mm of loft insulation. This was achieved in four and half days including the electrician's work.

I've waited a few months before writing this review so that I could include a little about the difference having solar, battery and heat pump has made to our household. Around 3 months ago MSC Heating fitted all three systems over the course of a month and a half after having to wait around a year of ordering it (thanks Covid) I had around 4 different quotes before coming across MSC, and what made them stand out was that they actually brought in a wealth more information and honest recommendations about the relatively up and coming systems compared to the others I had spoken to. Most others were talking to salesman with a course on the subject, but MSC actually fitted them, lots of them, and it really showed. The quote was reasonable and included the best current equipment where it mattered. I can highly recommend MSC Heating for their experience with these systems, and for the shear quality in advice and fitting. Both of those are absolutely key in getting a successful ASHP system working well. My house is now continually warm all day and night, I can control almost all of it from my smart phone, and my energy bills have significantly dropped. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing the guys back again next year for the first annual service!

We’ve recently had an air source heating system installed by MSC Heating. Martin explained the entire process very clearly and we were very happy with the installation process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail from the beginning to the end. We would highly recommend MSC Heating to anyone.

I recently had an air source heat pump installed to replace a very old oil boiler and reached out to 4 companies initially. Martin at MSC was pretty much the only polite and professional person to respond quickly. While I did get 2 full quotes in the end, the companies worked through a salesman who you never thought were giving you the full story (eg charging me £150 for an EPC I didn’t even need). Martin was very patient with my thousands of questions and talked me through every step. He was very clear from the start what was possible with timing of the job and also what was possible with the placement of my heat pump which I was unsure about. He suggested going to look at another pump he had installed and I went to chat with the homeowner and look at the pump placement and overall install. This helped clear up a few questions in my head but also was very transparent to send me to another client before I committed any deposit etc. Martin and Jamie took three days to complete the heat pump and new tank install and all the pipework replacement and radiator replacements. They really work hard doing long days and after seeing the complexity of it all I can now appreciate the amount of work. Very good communication throughout the job explaining everything that was going on, where they would put the pipes out the house, placement of heat pump and radiators etc. Very pleased with the job and thoroughly nice guys as well, would highly recommend.

Required installation for a ground source heat pump, began communicating Nov 2020. Martyn seemed confused at every engagement what are plan was, he had a continuous list of blockers of which each one I paid premium to expedite us through… all in all Martyn reset the install date twice and then finally cancelled the installation four weeks before his “guaranteed” date. It will be difficult/ all but impossible now to find another installer for green central heating before winter and if I’m really unlucky I may not find one before RHI grant changes Mar 2022. What I also have a big issue is with is my two children in our home who this situation is not going to be ideal for reaching the end of summer and no roadmap for central heating at all… … all in all no I would not recommend this company. I did get my £6k deposit back though!

We’ve had our new boiler installed recently by MSC Heating, they did a beautiful job & we are very pleased with the result. They are a very reliable team of professional ppl, very friendly, approachable, helpful, trustworthy, hard working & on time. They are extremely knowledgeable in what they do & reasonable price. They went through the details thoroughly with us, like how to operate the boiler, aftercare & yearly checkup; they made sure we understood the details & what the work they had done. I will definitely recommend MSC to other ppl & will use their service if we need anything they could help in the future.

Brilliant. Helped from start to finish. Made sure the EPC was correct for the RHI claim and always did what he said he would do. Much better quote, extremely punctual, no hidden surprises. Martin is a great guy to work with.
