Had a new boiler fitted, efficient and hard working. They explained how to use the boiler and clock really well and tidied up afterwards.

I had a new bathroom and boiler fitted to such a high standard and bang on budget, I would recommend msc to anyone.

Boiler fitted next day after initial phone call, excellent advice given, fast and efficient fitting.

I had MSC do my solar panels on 20/03/2019 they came on time and got on with the work with no hassle. Everything was up to high quality and I was pleased! I would describe the two men as bubbly and I would not have any problems recommending them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work and thank you!

The company installed a new boiler, efficiently and to the agreed quote in a day and I was satisfied at the time. As the partners left the house I enquired as to how they wanted paying and Martin responded he wanted paying that night, initially I thought it a joke but it wasn't. 2 days later the boiler stopped responding to the timer. Craig came out to fix it on the Friday again efficiently it took a bit of fault finding, I was very pleased. I had not yet paid as I wanted to make sure the system was working well. I had asked Martin what his terms of payment were on the phone call I made to contract the company to do the work, I did not receive a clear answer. There were no written Terms of payment on either the quote, invoice or web site, I should have been more careful. On Sunday night 17 march about 2130 I started getting text messages from Martin demanding payment with such comments as 'when can you pay', 'We are not a bank', 'every job installed is paid same day', 'delayed payment give us stress'. I told Martin I wished to make sure the system worked well and I would pay in 48 hrs. I got further texts, 'I am getting sick of reminders'. All this left me stressed and harassed. So customer relations are very poor and can become of a bullying nature. I think it is deceitful of the company not to be clear what their terms of payment are at the outset. Had I known I would not have contracted them. A very unpleasant experience.

The quality of work undertaken was of a high standard and i would highly recommend them too anyone seeking heating installers. Martin and Craig were able to fit my new boiler installation sooner than expect. Which has kept my family warm this winter Once again cheers gents for you help in this cold period. Mark

I had a new Worcester boiler fitted with a new thermostat. Incredibly pleased with the work done; really great guys!! Tidy, on time, polite, efficient. Work was carried out quickly and they ran through everything on the boiler with me clearly. Will be recommending to everyone I know! Fantastic price, wouldn’t use anyone else in future! Can’t rate these guys enough!!
