I've waited a few months before writing this review so that I could include a little about the difference having solar, battery and heat pump has made to our household. Around 3 months ago MSC Heating fitted all three systems over the course of a month and a half after having to wait around a year of ordering it (thanks Covid) I had around 4 different quotes before coming across MSC, and what made them stand out was that they actually brought in a wealth more information and honest recommendations about the relatively up and coming systems compared to the others I had spoken to. Most others were talking to salesman with a course on the subject, but MSC actually fitted them, lots of them, and it really showed. The quote was reasonable and included the best current equipment where it mattered. I can highly recommend MSC Heating for their experience with these systems, and for the shear quality in advice and fitting. Both of those are absolutely key in getting a successful ASHP system working well. My house is now continually warm all day and night, I can control almost all of it from my smart phone, and my energy bills have significantly dropped. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing the guys back again next year for the first annual service!

Martin installed an ASHP for us from start to finish, From managing the government grant to organising a very efficient crew of sparkies. Martin was extremely helpful, informative and professional. His communication and flexibility was really appreciated.

We have been impressed with MSC Heating's service from day 1. Installing the ASHP was part of a project involving other work and there were many delays in the planning process. Martin's support was invaluable in the planning and in the official paperwork. There was a hiccup on the part of firm delivering the equipment which Martin resolved quickly and efficiently. From our point of view the actual installation went like a dream, the guys worked hard, explained what they were doing, provided guidance and advice and left the site clean and tidy. We are very pleased both with the ASHP and the service provided and do not hesitate to recommend them to others

Martin and team installed an air source heat pump to our self build property last month. Martin sorted the grant out for us with minimum difficulty (the only difficulty was ofgem themselves) and installed our full system quickly and efficiently. We will defo be seeing them once a year for our service’s thanks guys!

Excellent service with very competent and experience engineers. MSC Heating's attention to detail was superb and we were kept fully informed on all of the stages through our installations for Heat pumps. I would thoroughly recommend them for Heat pumps.

Martin replied within an hour of our initial enquiry. He arranged to come round to do a quick survey and gave us a price within the week. Once we had met Martin, he gave us confidence that this was the company we wanted. The process seemed quite lengthy to us, looking back this was because we were approaching winter and Christmas. However, in reality, it took just eight weeks from when we started the process (getting an Energy Performance Certificate) to having the heat pump installed and working. Throughout the process Martin was very helpful, arranging for the heat loss survey to take place, advising us on the most suitable replacement radiators and best of all he made sure we had our heat pump installed before Christmas. The installation was very quick, taking only three days with the electricians coming on day four for just a few hours. During the installation Martin and Jamie were great. They were friendly and good company. They turned up early, but not too early and they always warned us if they planned a long day. Unlike other contractors we had last year for a different job, Martin and Jamie respected our property, and us. It was a real pleasure to have them around. They just got on with their job and the only thing they asked of us was a regular supply of tea and coffee (well they never actually asked, but it was very heavily hinted at!!) which we were of course happy to supply. All in all we cannot recommend a heat pump and MSC Heating highly enough.

I had a Worcester boiler installed and completed in one day. Very polite and friendly chaps. Very experienced and efficient tradesmen. An all round quality service. I'm over the moon with MSC Heating!! They were recommended to us and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Great work, always prompt and great lads to have around. All 3 bathrooms are great and the attention to detail was awesome! Would highly recommend Martin and Craig for any bathroom or heating upgrade.
