Installed a new Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler on Monday 30/7/2018, best price amongst all the quotes, saved about £300, they dismantled my old convention boiler, cleared all the parts and rubbish, all done within 4 hours by 2 qualified gas engineers. On top of 5 years manufacturer's warranty, I was offered 2 more years warranty, in total 7 years warranty covers all parts and labour. Excellent job and price, will definitely recommend to my neighbours and friends. Brand new boiler with remote control, gas safety certificate provided. 100% satisfied customer.

I received a very prompt response from the team, they kept me well informed on when they could arrive and conduct the work and how long it would take. Excellent Service from MSC. I had a new boiler and a replacement radiator fitted late November. As I changed to a combi boiler there was a lot of work taking out the old water tanks and boiler and redirecting pipe work. Martin and Phil did a fantastic job and left the house and garage tidy and took all the old stuff away with them. Would highly recommend.

Loving my new heat pump , I was a bit worried at first , but I came across MSC heating at one of my neighbours having one installed. I thought the whole idea at first was a bit daft that you could get energy out of the air . I got chatting to one of the MSC engineers when they were actually installing a neighbours , so I went away and gained a few quotes. I didn’t find the other companies knowledgeable and seemed to be fresh to the air source heat pump industry, they did a great install and covered my house in dust sheets . Me and my neighbour are really happy with there service, and we got more guys in the close talking about heat pumps now . Good communication great service. Thanks MSC

After speaking to a number of companies about getting my boiler replaced I decided to go with MSC Heating and what a great decision that was. A throughly knowledgeable gentleman who knows his stuff. The guys were hardworking, cleaned up after themselves, removed all the old waste and did a fantastic job fitting my new boiler. We’ve had our new boiler installed recently by MSC Heating, they did a beautiful job & we are very pleased with the result. They went through the details thoroughly with us, like how to operate the boiler, aftercare & yearly checkup; they made sure we understood the details & what the work they had done. I was introduced to Martin as a result of my initial enquiry with Kensa. From beginning to end of the project Martin kept me fully informed about progress. He was always happy to discuss technical details to ensure I got exactly the system I wanted. Unfortunately, we had some issues with a driller (not Martin's fault) which took some time to resolve. This caused serious delays and inconvenience to both Martin and I. However, when resolved (by finding another borehole driller - easier said than done at the time!) he and Jamie "pulled out all the stops" to ensure the project was finished in time to meet the RHI deadline. They worked long days in cold conditions to get the job done and all work was carried out to a very high standard. Martin and Jamie clearly take a pride in what they do. Once the system was commissioned Martin took me through the RHI application process, which was completed successfully. I am very pleased with the system which has now been running for a few weeks and is performing well.

We had a hybrid system, consisting of an air source heat pump ( Samsung R32 Generation) and oil boiler, installed by MSC heating to replace our ageing oil boiler. The hybrid system was required due to the size of our home. From the initial proposal through to installation, Martin provided an excellent service, keeping us fully informed and clearly answering all our questions. Martin also supported us in completing the RHI application which went through with no issues. MSC Heating were very professional and did a great job with the installation, ensuring that everything was working as it should be and always clearing up before they left for the day The heat pump has been in place a few months now and is working well with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin and the team at MSC Heating.
