Installed my air source heat pump and replaced most of my radiators. Very, very quick, clean, and efficient. Whole thing was done much quicker than I thought it would be with barely any evidence anyone had been there. They even found a problem the previous owner had left with my pipework and fixed it for me! Top guys.

Martin replied immediately to my inquiry for a ground source heat pump. On his first visit he advised on siting plant room and a suitable system , he gave me contact details for heat loss report and a borehole engineer , both of which completed their work on time and to a high standard. He also managed to liaise with my builder to get all required ground works done to Kensa specs. The quote was reasonable and adhered to . The work didn't take many days but they were long days ! . What really impressed me was the standard of workmanship of the plumbing . Martin also sorted out the BUS grant and deleted it from my invoice even though it took a long time for him to get paid. He has been in touch since to make sure everything was working correctly and that I was completely satisfied . In summary ; nice bloke , does what he says ,on time , to a high standard . Highly recommended .

Installed a heat pump, radiators, water tank; essentially the works. Cleared up too..and were pleasant, competent (very), showed us what to do (and not do). Are coming back to put in the antifreeze. Reused some of the radiators, but mostly put in new bigger ones. We were very tight for time, which meant they worked long hours without complaint.

Martin installed a Samsung heat pump and new water tank as part of a house renovation at the end of 2022 and provided a professional service throughout. One year later and everything is still running smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the whole process from initial consultation to the final installation, Martin and team provided a high level of service and showed their expertise, providing advice on the best method of installation, helping with all the regulatory paperwork and warranties, and linking us in with other contractors to help with the heat loss survey and external installation (when it transpired we needed a 5 metre tunnel digging under the garden!). He also worked collaboratively with our building contractor to assist with installation alongisde the underfloor heating system, even though that wasn't his job (though in hindsight he was better placed and had more expertise in this area so given the opportunity again we would have arranged for him to do the UHF too). Martin is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise, is reasonable priced but also clearly a very in-demand person, but he was always there on-site when he said he would be, was responsive and flexible to our schedule, and never failed to turn up

From start to finish Martin & Jamie were super professional and knowledgeable. A very detailed scope of works was provided and along with this and great reviews, we chose these guys to install our underfloor heating and air source heat pump in our self build house. The project itself was a painful experience but these guys were very patient and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending MSC Heating.

Martin and team did a great job installing our ASHP along with all new radiators throughout the entire house. They always arrived when they said they would and the project was completed on schedule. Would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic service - been in discussions since Jan last year as various bits happening around the house and always been communicative. came to see the place which was a fair way to travel and once we were ready to get the heat pump it was efficiently arranged ( timings and delivery) ( from an oil boiler ) They were there early and worked hard and late to get it done - work done to a high standard and very impressed overall with communication/work rate and general pleasantness. Very thorough explanation of how it worked and operated and with the system itself! Warm and hot water

We have had recently an air/water heat pump installed to replace a LPG combi-boiler providing hot water and heating. For the expertise and understanding of heat pump installations MSC with 10 years experience cannot be rivalled. From concept to completion they do all the planning from arranging the initial survey to obtaining the government grant and other approvals required. The actual installation was carried out with great skill by Martin and Jamie working long days and showing great skill and maintaining a tidy workspace. These installations are complex and things do go wrong. In this case it was with the new hot water cylinder which developed a leak and had to be replaced. This added another week to the original three day installation program which was lessened once the new tank was available by working additional time. No blame can be attributable to MSC but obviously it did cause inconvenience to ourselves and also to MSC and their work programs. Overall must give a five star rating to the company despite the delay.

Had MSC to do a boiler upgrade for me and from start to finish the job was excellent. Very polite professional company highly recommend will definitely be using in the future

We had a central heating system and boiler installed by MSC heating about two years ago and continue to use them to service other gas appliances too. Very happy with their efficient service and pleasant manner. Would recommend.

I had MSC do my solar panels on 20/03/2019 they came on time and got on with the work with no hassle. Everything was up to high quality and I was pleased!
