With many years of experience in the domestic and commercial Renewable Energy sector and the heating market, we offer installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, EV Car Chargers and Battery Storage. We cover a very wide range and install many of the Renewable Energy Sources. Originally we had MSC quote for moving a boiler and installing underfloor heating, we expanded the project to include a bathroom remodel and other minor work. Using them was one of the best decisions we made, I’m not sure the project would have been as manageable without them being able to cover so many aspects of it. The work was high quality and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them for both smaller heating/plumbing projects and larger general renovation projects.

The heat pump and associated equipment was installed with great precision. The amount of energy required to provide heating in our house has declined by around 70% as a result of the installation. This is despite the fact that our house was built in 1966 and has no special insulation measures apart from cavity wall and 370mm of loft insulation. This was achieved in four and half days including the electrician's work.

A generally good experience, Martin came when he said and his price was exactly as quoted. There were a couple of minor communication issues, easily resolved and he seems to have done an excellent job. I am really pleased with the installation and the kit provided. We had Martin & Jamie over in January to fit our new ASHP and it all went very smoothly. They've been fitting heat pumps for well over 10 years so they really know what they're doing and can give good advice. 6 months on and we're still really happy with it, it's working really well. Nice chaps, very professional and polite. And reliable & punctual as well which is appreciated. I'm happy to give them a good review, they did a great job.

We are really pleased with our ASHP installation. Martin and Jamie are both great workmen and great characters. Having work done about your house always has some stress associated with it but they really worked hard and this has been kept to a minimum. I think ours was probably a bit of a tricky installation (old property/extension with different pipework/lot of microbore) but despite the sub-zero temps now we are nice and warm. There were a few minor niggles but both Martin and Jamie have been on hand and come back to sort these out promptly. I think it's a real credit to them (and any company) that when things aren't right that they have really wanted to get it sorted and have done just that. Thank you to both of you. Thoroughly recommended. PS my wife very pleased and wants to add they have put all the carpets down perfectly!

Martin and Jamie completed the installation of the heat pump just over a year ago. Due to Martin insisting that a heat loss survey was carried out (with the cost being reimbursed from the final bill) the correct amount of radiators were installed and the right size pump was fitted. The pipework for such a large tank fitted into such a small space is amazing. Real crafsmanship Jamie!! A full year has passed, the first service has been carried out and no regrets. Solar panels and battery installation was also organised by Martin and installed February this year. Again, these have been fitted following an assessment of what was suitable for the house. We are more than covered with the amount of electricity that we need on most days, and sell more back to the grid than we had anticipated. Again, the quality of the work is of a high standard.

This company installed a new heating system in a buy to let I own. Chose them from 3 other quotes as they were competitive and seemed to know what they were doing. Was worried about inconveniencing tenants, but they couldn't have been happier! Fitters were friendly and efficient, turned up on time, worked like Trojans to complete the job early and left no mess. MSC Heating recently upgraded my central heating system with a new boiler and radiators. Received useful advice prior to installation of our boiler that saved us a considerable amount of money compared to other companies. I scored a 5 star for their service which was reliable, exactly as agreed at time of placing order and competitively priced. The engineers arrived on time with a professional and courteous approach. My house was left clean and tidy after a day work. I also appreciated the guidance given by the engineers when choosing the type of upgrade required. The engineers were very punctual, hardworking and explained all the new functionalities of the controls in detail. I have to say this company kept to all time scales and the quote was spot on.. I will be available to give any feedback/information over the phone. Thank you to all at MSC Heating. Great Job, good prices and friendly service, would definitely recommend and will most certainly use again.
