This company installed a new heating system in a buy to let I own. Chose them from 3 other quotes as they were competitive and seemed to know what they were doing. Was worried about inconveniencing tenants, but they couldn't have been happier! Fitters were friendly and efficient, turned up on time, worked like Trojans to complete the job early and left no mess. MSC Heating recently upgraded my central heating system with a new boiler and radiators. Received useful advice prior to installation of our boiler that saved us a considerable amount of money compared to other companies. I scored a 5 star for their service which was reliable, exactly as agreed at time of placing order and competitively priced. The engineers arrived on time with a professional and courteous approach. My house was left clean and tidy after a day work. I also appreciated the guidance given by the engineers when choosing the type of upgrade required. The engineers were very punctual, hardworking and explained all the new functionalities of the controls in detail. I have to say this company kept to all time scales and the quote was spot on.. I will be available to give any feedback/information over the phone. Thank you to all at MSC Heating. Great Job, good prices and friendly service, would definitely recommend and will most certainly use again.

Moving from a Gas Boiler to an Air Source Heat Pump central heating system seemed like a big step. Martin of MSC Heating was tireless in answering all the questions I had. He arranged a visit to a local home where he had carried out an Air Source Heat Pump installation. Our new system was installed professionally, on budget, and is working well. Martin also arranged an upgrade to our Solar System to complement the Heat Pump. Martin always answers telephone calls and provides ongoing support. I recommend MSC Heating.

Martin & Jamie did a great air source heat pump installation for us. They were lovely to have around and worked long days to get everything completed. We felt very confident that they were doing a good job and their years of experience really showed. They have heat pumps in their own homes too, so they are genuinely committed to the technology! The whole operation was seamless with the electrician (Lee Hodgson) following on immediately after the pump and rads were installed. Martin was great at communicating and when the new BUS was announced, did his best to minimise any delays. We would wholeheartedly recommend Martin without hesitation.

Martin and his team at MSC Heating LTD have been absolutely fantastic from day one. They have designed and installed 2 separate air source heat pump systems in our new build project in Eynsford, Kent. Martin was always happy to answer any questions we had in the pre-install stages along with onsite meetings. During the installation, the boys bent over backwards to get the job done. There were unforeseen issues that arose during the installation, but without fuss and a quick conversation and a new game plan put in place the installation was completed on time and on budget. We couldn’t recommend MSC Heating any more and we will without a doubt be using these guys again. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional company to help you with your project, this is your company! Thank you very much, Martin and your team!
