I liked Jim as soon as he walked in the door to check what i wanted done, he is a down to earth guy and the next day i had the quote from him for replacing my old conventional boiler with a new combi boiler. Jim's quote was quite a lot below what other companies quoted if they even came back with one, so i was very happy to go with Jim. He called the previous day to confirm all was well and would be there at 8.30 am the next day, in all it was 3 days and he always arrived when he said he would. He put in 3 days hard graft and all he asked for was a few cups of tea which i was grateful to supply. We did have a few problems with the old plumbing and radiators but Jim overcame every problem that we had.He cleaned up after himself and left everything clean and tidy. I would happily RECOMMEND Jim as i have just retired and moved into the area and have had many houses over many years and it is hard to find someone you can trust i can say i never had a better professional in all this time. Finally Jim explained how to use the boiler and was able to answer any questions i had, if you are like me and prefer a small business that lives on its reputation to a large one this is the one for you. MTS had visited us previously and followed up with a detailed quote with full explanation and we decided to go ahead. Jim arrived punctually and carried out the work politely and efficiently. There were some problems arising from the old installation but these were remedied by Jim without any fuss and we now have a new boiler working smoothly. The company installed a new gas boiler. The installation was carried very efficiently and smoothly. There was minimal disruption to normal functioning of the house with the installation taking a day. They ensured that the mess was keep to a minimum. Jim returned the day after the boiler was installed to commission it and to ensure i was fully acquainted with how to manage it. The cost was the same as the original quote. I can recommend this company without hesitation.

We needed a new boiler after the old one had done 20 years service, MTS came by to do a quote at the appointed time and I said I was looking for the most reliable boiler that was the easiest to service in future. Jim’s quote for the installation of a Baxi Combi Boiler was extremely competitive, significantly cheaper than other quotes. Very clear date and time for installation, and importantly what was and wasn’t included in the in the quote.
