Always helpful and friendly! They come out the same day if you need them and leave everything clean and tidy. They take their shoes off or put covers on their shoes when entering the house. They did a fabulous job for me with my boiler this time around. My son, friends and neighbours all use this trader.

Our boiler broke down just before we were to go to a holiday. I called Mullins and they were on to it immediately. A new boiler was to be installed at a competitive price. They completed work while we were away, re-fixing all items back in the airing cupboard perfectly. They also arranged an aftercare visit to explain the new boiler. All done to the highest standards with no fuss, and competent, polite operatives.

Reported leaking hot water tank on Monday morning and the engineer called in the afternoon. New tank fitted on Wednesday morning. Don't think it could've been done any quicker. Very neat workman and a quality job done.

When deciding a new boiler was required this company were very prompt with appointment to carry out the work. They installed a gas boiler - removing the old one. They carried out the work efficiently. They were very pleasant and polite and cleared away on completion leaving the area where they worked clean & tidy. They disposed of the old boiler. Also helpful with advice.

Work involved new gas boiler, cylinder, pump, thermostats, timer, three new radiators, one replacement radiator and associated pipework. Throughout the process of first visit, issue of estimate, agreeing to go ahead, setting dates, work being carried out, clearing scrap and commissioning. My wife and I were completely satisfied with every aspect of the service offered by this firm. Communication with the onsite and office staff was exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone seeking heating engineers.
