A request for a quote for a new boiler resulted in a survey within a week and then the installation the week after. The engineers were here at 8.30 in the morning and the work completed by mid afternoon. A slight hiccup a few days later resulted in the installing engineer coming back at 8.30am the same morning to sort us out! We have used this firm for our oil-fired boiler and heating system for several years. They are always attentive, friendly and reliable. Any crises are dealt with very rapidly and we feel we can trust them to look after us.

We and our extended family have used Mullins for many years, however, a couple of years ago we took out their maintenance plan and I have to say it is worth every penny. We woke Sunday morning to a flooded boiler cupboard, no hot water and we were very stressed. Phoned the out of hours number, engineer appeared within the hour and fixed the boiler really quickly. So pleased with the service, thoroughly recommend.

I have been a customer of Mullins Heating for over a decade. They have recently fitted a new gas boiler, having installed and subsequently serviced the previous boiler and a pressurised water cylinder every year after they were fitted. They have been consistently prompt in responding to any problems, and any faulty parts quickly replaced at no cost. The quality and tidiness of their work has been excellent, and their service has been consistently reliable over the years since I became their customer.

I made contact with Mullins who came round to offer a quote. This was presented to me both verbally and through email. When I made the decision to use their services this was based on recommendations, viewing work they had carried out and feeling although more expensive they offered a more professional job. I called their office and booked the job to be done, both engineers arrived dead on 8am as advised, both very polite,professional and accommodating due to the fact I was working from home for a period of time they were at my house. I cannot fault their workmanship and attention to deal. Both left my house tidy and were even very considerate to my two dogs whilst carrying out the replacement boiler as they went back and forth between the house and their work vans. Instructions were left for the boiler and as promised my receipt of payment and guarantee has arrived in the post today. Thank you for a brilliant job done!

Simon, Neil and Christian fitted a new combi boiler for me and took out the old back boiler and fire from the living room and water tank and heating feed tank (from the loft). They worked hard for one and a half days. They were friendly, polite, reliable and did an excellent job. They showed respect both to myself and my property. I can tell that their work is of the highest quality and they know their stuff. I am well pleased with the installation. Thank you.

Out of three Which? Trusted Traders that I contacted, Mullins was the company that stood out for me; initially due to their (Bev's) responsive and accommodating nature. Having drawn up a specification for my work, which included a boiler upgrade and other jobs on my central heating system, Andrew Mullins visited to discuss my requirements. His visit was extremely useful as he clarified my thoughts on boiler sizing; noted and made suggestions for the additional work on my heating system. Quote accepted and date planned, the team: Neil, Simon and Christian visited me at the allotted time. They were professional, polite, tidy and accommodating; in short a great team. My elderly parent's boiler had stopped working and Simon came out 2 hours after I logged the problem. Unfortunately a new boiler was required and it was supplied and fitted the following day. Budget agreed to adhered to. Simon and his colleagues were very friendly, polite and respectful. They did an excellent job, dust sheets wherever they were working and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Mullins in the company which has serviced and maintained my boiler for many years. They have always been helpful and efficient and they were therefore my company of choice to install the new boiler to replace one which was over 20 years old and also a new hot water tank and immersion heater. Their three engineers were on time and always polite, friendly and above all knowledgeable and efficient. The work was carried out with skill and with the finest materials available for the job including beautiful copper pipe work. They always cleaned up impeccably after each days work and left my house with everything in perfect working order after the three days of work necessary. The work carried out was done on time and on budget for the quoted price. I am entirely happy and appreciative of the work done and the attitude of the men to what needed to be done. A new boiler was installed. This was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. The engineers were competent and the work went ahead without delay or any problems. They were willing to take time to explain the new features of the boiler and offered help at any future date. We were thoroughly satisfied with the work they did.

Replaced old gas boiler. Done to schedule, on budget, work completed on time, everything was explained and they left no mess, clearing up after the work was done. The quality of the work and the products supplied is excellent. Good communication on phone and from engineers, helpful and friendly. Have used this company for 25+ years and no complaints.
