We were very pleased with the 1st class service from all at Mullins . We had arranged a service on our old boiler , this failed a CO gas test . The engineer was courteous , explaining the very valid reasons for needing to disconnect an obviously dangerous appliance . We had a very competitive quote , actually more competitvly priced than the Gas utility company tender we had 2 year earlier . We were given a very prompt appointment to install the boiler , the engineer arrived at the promised time and took every possible care during the installation . The engineer kept distruption to decoration etc. to an absolute minimum . The work areas were cleared to a high standard . I would highly recommend Mullins for their professional service in every area : Office Staff , Estimation and Installation . They are clearly a team proud of their work in every aspect .

The whole process from quote to installation and clear-up was prompt and efficient. All staff were friendly helpful and efficient, including the office staff. The carpets which had to be lifted were replaced as well as they were before they were lifted, and ever part of the job was done tidily. The guarantee which this company gives is good. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mullins came to the rescue when our old boiler needed replacing in an emergency during a very cold period and during the Covid lockdown. I contacted Mullins and the friendly receptionist sent someone round promptly to give me a quote for a new one and it was fitted 3 days later. On the day of the installation, the two man team turned up promptly first thing, they were friendly and approachable and worked very efficiently until the completion of the work late afternoon. They put floor protection down around their work area and were happy to de-shoe to go upstairs and tend to the radiators. Inevitably there is always some cleaning up to do after such a big job but it didn't take too long as they had protected areas well and hoovered up the worst before they left. It is a relief that they provide aftercare service so I will definitely continue to use Mullins for the boiler's annual service and indeed for any other related jobs. The boiler has been working wonderfully since its fitting two weeks ago; it is easy to use, much quieter and more powerful than our old one so has significantly improved the hot water pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Mullins to others.

In 2006 Mullins fitted our first combi-boiler together with radiators throughout and, soon after, a gas fire and surround. We were very pleased with their work and friendly manner and have had an annual maintenance contract ever since. On the few occasions when there has been a problem one of the team has come out promptly to rectify the fault. Last month Mullins fitted a replacement boiler. Neil and Darren arrived at the agreed time and completed the work within two days. They took care to cover carpets and keep mess to a minimum and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They had had to remove the slatted wooden shelves in the airing cupboard and we assumed that we would need to replace these ourselves. We were impressed to find that they had done this for us. I cannot recommend Mullins highly enough. Initially the problem was a replacement radiator but when I asked them to check the water cylinder they discovered it was leaking. This necessitated changing the cylinder and some repiping. From the initial quote to the time the work was completed was five days. The quote was presented there and then and a full explanation to the work involved was provided. After payment they rescheduled their work to fit my work in. The engineers were both very knowledgeable and excellent clean, quiet workers. They put down dust sheets to cover all the flooring etc and worked diligently all day with only a couple of very short breaks. This was a two day job and on both days they arrived very promptly. When they left the system was up and running much better than it had ever worked before. All the staff I came across both in the office and in the field could not have been more professional.

Mullins came to replace our gas boiler which they installed 15 years ago. They arrived on time and completed the work on time. The team were very polite and explained what they had to do. The team were very cleanliness conscious and protected all of our carpets as they worked. All rubbish was removed and taken away by the team. On completion of the work a member of the team explained the operational details of the new boiler and informed us of their support services during working hours and also after hours and weekends. Faultless.

Mullins were quick both to give a quotation for the work and to carry it out. The two fitters arrived on time, were efficient, polite and informative, put dust sheets down to protect the work surface and floor, cleared up after themselves, and completed the fitting of a gas boiler within one day. All the necessary documentation was either left with me on the day or forwarded later.
